In the novel, Actually JZ worked with police to get evidence to 'clean up' his name, which's why he kept racing. In the final race, he got car accident and lost one of his legs. Because of this, JZ felt depressed and decided to hide this thing and break up with her. 😭 she's heartbroken and decided to leave the country. After several years, they accidentally met up again and she knew the 'truth'. Cmiiw. It's been a while since i read it.

Yes, but it might not 100% be the same as the web novel. I noticed they change some parts in drama and the pace is quite fast.
