I just finished watching them! I’m so disappointed they didn’t spend more time on Harbin! Should’ve spent 4 episodes on Harbin then 1 episode on the epic travel with matching outfits with proposal and 1 episode on bonus chapters!

100% agree! I read the novel whilst I was waiting for more episodes to drop and it’s beautiful which making the viewing easier to understand. I do think the adaptation was decent! I don’t know why they had to squeeze everything into 24 episodes but considering that’s all they can have they did an amazing job

in the novel there are bonus chapters on their happily ever after life in the future I don’t know how the drama ended on tv but in the novel you see them have a daughter

I haven’t seen the last few episodes yet but I have read the novel and honestly I don’t know how they could squeeze in an entire volume into 3 episodes. So many dramas are 30-40 episodes why is this only 24?!!!! Like just give us a few more like 28!!

Yes they toned down the ML I do wish they kept his character the same as the growth is so much better. After reading sbout his parents love story in the novel I think he might be mildly on the spectrum which explains sooooo much

I think given the censorship and length of novel so far they’ve done their best to be faithful. I’m still enjoying the drama very much. I just hope they manage to squeeze it all in over 24 episodes! Not easy!

Honestly I don’t think he’s a red flag! He’s just misunderstood, terrible at communication, clearly never really been in a relationship before. He needs to learn and grow - we see that in ep 12. Even FL needs growing she doesn’t communicate well either but I understand she’s guarding her heart because of his previous actions
