In this context Qs doesnt mean quarters but filming locations, for exemple if there is a restaurant scene that would take a day and be one Q so Q13 would be the 13th filming locations. Qs can also take more than one day if the location is far and as a lot of scenes. I don’t know about average nulber of Qs for a thai series, i’ve seen some with 15 and some with 60, it really depends on how many filming locations is needed and not on the length of the series
