oh look, the infamous amnesia trope with a twist....seriously, this is literally not possible for him to remember…
I kind of agree with you, but Sol also remembers everything from every different timeline she as lived, and when she changed the future, she still had those memories. So it's not that unbelievable that Sunjae's soul remembers something, I guess.
she escaped cuz sunjae went back to save her and got stabbed instead of her
The ending of ep 13 suggest that Sol time traveled back to before Sunjae even met Sol and that they lived their lives without knowing each other, but Sol did not meet the killer because of Sunjae, so she should be in a wheelchair or dead. Plothole or hole for a later plot twist?
Why is the netflix translation so bad? Or is it just my account or something? There are subtitles when there are no one talking, they are literally makeing up sentences and are not translating anything correctly. Why? It happens in a lot of shows, but this one is by far the worst I have seen
i'm trying so hard to only be excited for the romance next ep, but i can't help but think about whats coming next.…
Basically all 16 episode romantic dramas has the confession/kiss around 8-10 episode. Back in the day you could almost always count on it being in the 8th episode, but new times, new surprises. I think the drama will end beautifully in the end.
This drama is Mr. Sunshine in the 80's for me. They both taught me something about the Korean history by making me feel it in my heart. Both of them left me thinking "what if?" and the lost lives of such beautiful love
Is FL staying in the village for good, or OTP decided to just rekindle their relationship while she's in town?…
I think she stayed in town for good. I think she was thinking about opening a music school because she wanted to have something to do and a reason to stay in Seoul, but after she saw Eun Sub again, she was reminded of their love and decided to stay. I think one more factor was that her mom went back to the hometown as well, so they can finally live together after the tragedy.
People who are complaining about the flashback has not been reading the synopsis. It clearly says that the drama is about the love story between the two leads spanning over 12 years. This means that the flashback that we are seeing is actually not a flashback, but a part of the story and how it is built. This also means that they will probably break up again and meet when they are 32 years old or something. Putting this as a spoiler, but it really isn’t.
I like this drama, though I am glad it's over this week, because pushing it for more episodes would drag the story…
The issue with the clothes is not just that it was exposing for them to wear them, it's about why they had to wear them. One thing is doing it for yourself to feel pretty, it's another to lure in boys to sell something. It feels nasty.
That mother is just disgusting. I'm just wondering how the writers are thinking that they can trick us like this, because I cannot believe that anyone would marry her and have kids with her. Dang, she 's scum. How can she attack someone for not having parents?
If she ends up with Min Ho I'm gonna be so mad. It would be something else if Ye Je Wook did not like her of course, but if this is a love triangle and Min Ho comes out on top... Man. It is kinda too late for him to come here after all this time and start noticing her just because somebody else is interested in her.
The rewatch value for this drama is insane. I have watched this every day since it ended, fast forwarding to the best parts, of course. Having major withdrawal with this one
