But the prosecutor is suggesting that he killed his brother not that he made his brother kill himself. And wasn't there like a flashback where we saw that it really was a accident which killed the gf instead of a deliberate accident which the prosector claims? But indeed the prosecutor does not know that it is a real accident so I can see why he's suspicious. It was weird though how they arrested the forensics guy with the only evidence being that he was the last guy he talked to on the phone(and maybe because the needles had to be done by a professional). Btw The reason I don't like the prosecutor is because he's too emotional, maybe he has some evidence which we don't know of yet but with what we do know as of now he's just a prosecutor who has a hunch and no real evidence. He's a prosecutor so I expect him to be better than that and stop blaming the dude.
