I get the whole point that its a slow burn but everytime it starts burning, there is someone/something to put out the fire.

By the way, they could easily make a drama about cheng hui and the actress (Sheng nina i think is the name). It would be a cute story and it would get mad views.

I thought Edward Lee story and dish was really "his life". It was really a nice was to interpret bibimbap into his life.
I get why Chef Anh was saying bibimbap is mixing rice, its Korean identity etc BUT IT LITERALLY SUIT THE THEME.
" Eating a Bibimbap without mixing it is confusing, it doesn't reflect the Korean history/identity etc. - Edward Lee is Korean but he is also American, he lived there, so coming back to Korea and saying he is Korean etc might be confusing to some people as he does not necessarily have their values as he lived abroad. Chef Anh focused too much on Bibimbap being mixed rice and that it should be mixed rice. He literally forgot about what the theme was. He removed point as the Dish was against Korean identity. Its like saying Edward Lee is Korean but he does not have Korean Values SO he should be deported. LMAO

The start was good but after it got boring. I somehow managed to finish it. I kept skipping through the last episode.

Watched episode 1.
Park Shin Hye acting is really great. She is killing it.
The Story is really dark tho, not everyone will be able to watch it.

Me thinking it would be a fun episode then crying the whole episode.

For now it look promissing. The story is good.
I hope to see more of Xing Fei in next episodes. She had like 5min screentime in those 7 episodes.
