WWX

The series ended differently than the book, in the book they just got together and lived happily ever after. But in the film, one of the Youtuber found out that Weiwuxian (=Wei Ying), wore different clothes from the previous scene where they parted, which means that it is of a different time. From how I understand it, I'd say that the two parted for some time with WWX go wandering off and Wangji remains in the Clan with his post. Then WWX was playing flute one day (the setting is different) when Wangji showed up unexpectedly and called him from the back (WWX was shocked XD). The series kind of left the ending to audience's imagination, so it's up to how you see it, but we know they are together in the end. For this part I think the series ended better than the book, but then, (just for your information) the book was "uncensored", so it ended erotically.
