Love, love, love 'The Oath of Love' so far. I think it has a nice balance of sweet, light and heavier dramatic moments. I just can't stop smiling after watching an episode, even if that episode made me cry a bit.
Love the whole Lin family dynamic. Ms Lin is loving and caring. Principal Lin is strict but also playful. Lol at the way he teases his daughter. The end scenes show us the future Dr and Mrs Gu with the same fun, teasing relationship. Sorry Dr Gao, I just can't see you and Dr Gu having fun like that as you will probably be too polite with each other.

I like the LZX character too. She's so relatable! I have seen my share of cutesy characters and yup they can be too much, but I think YZ does a great balance with her portrayal.
Have you guys seen the 2nd episode? This time, I signed up for Tencent VIP again only when the 1st episode posted (they are not getting me again like last time lol). They only have episode 1 and previews of episodes 2 and 3. But I saw in Youtube Tencent channel that you can watch episodes 1 and 2 if you join the membership and it's 3.99 a month as opposed to 5.99 a month for the Tencent VIP. Agh I'm tempted to join if I can watch some eps in advance....
We are off to a great start on the first episode, yey! Xiao Zhan and Yang Zi have great chemistry. The supporting characters are very good so far. That opening song is so pretty ( I won't be fast forwarding thru it lol). The little theater scenes at the end are adorable. I was afraid my expectations for OOL were too high after waiting for sooooo long but I wasn't disappointed. A sweet drama with a happy ending that just what the doctor ordered :)

That pic is so fire! A couple of weeks ago, the next project is said to be a detective series or movie. So is he going to be a 70's detective then lol! Just kidding, I think they are different rumors. Not that I wouldn't be into 1970s disco dancing detective Xiao Zhan lol. Can't wait to find out what turns out to be true.

I haven't heard any legit news of XZ new drama or film or appearances either. I see that a tv show "It's Polite, Dun Huang" was added to XZ here in MDL. All I can find on that is they are planning on inviting him. It's so funny to me that the invitation list is something to write about.
