Is nobody going to talk about that damn fluffball of a dog? Like what the hell is his problem?? He has too many scenes and he's trying to come between our boys, he has to go:D...I appreciated this episode and the yearning that they have for eachother! For them to be so chaste they definitely knew how to feel eachother up:)...I have an excuse to watch it again with subtitles since this go round was raw, hoping for a happy ending!!
This is so beautifully written and yes I apologize for camping under everyone's comments here but this is what…
Oor Aew thinks Teh isn't gay:D... when I rewatched episode 1 I got the impression that the skyline song is interpretating the distance that they already went through as kids and now reuniting as friends.... I think Aew fell in love with Teh at first sight when they were kids, notice that song "skyline" plays pretty much throughout their childhood friendship and when their arguing as kids lol. I read elsewhere some ppl saying that the plot twist will be Bas really likes Teh and not Aew lol, I don't know what to believe. I do believe though that the feelings between Teh and Aew are mutual. Teh's doing the same thing now as a teen that he did when they were kids.. when Aew was chosen to play the protagonist even though it bothered Teh he still supported him and helped him because they were friends so now here he is years later doing the exact same thing but I feel that this time Aew will observe Teh and instead of feeling clueless as to why Teh acts the way that he does, he'll instead realize Teh's feelings. It's not like Aew would have even pursued Bas w/o Teh's help, but once he knows/thinks Bas likes him he makes "moves", so it makes me believe that when he liked Teh when they were kids he didn't pursue him bc they were friends n he feels that Teh is probably not gay. Plus they were kids lol It's interesting how Aew has quietly liked Bas but Teh has been very flirtatious and openly pursuing Tarn, if in fact Aew does pursue Teh their dynamics hv switched bc Teh is the more impulsive one and Aew is more cautious (secretly liking Bas). I don't know what is going to happen in episode 3 but I hope Aew realizes Teh's feelings as he observes him and they get it together lol. This show parallels the present with the past and when they argued as kids Teh admitted that if he was chosen to play the protagonist that he wouldn't have gave it to Aew so maybe here in the present like most comments hv said, maybe he'll give up his spot at Uni to Aew. That's as sad as it should be, I seriously and hopefully doubt they will give us a sad/death ending when they literally picked these same two actors 4rm my ambulance and rewrote an entire story 4 them. I know MODC f***ed a lot of our happy endings up but please let's stay positive lol. Plus if it's really based on the actors real lives in which they are friends, they may remain just friends in the story but there shouldn't be a death..I could say that a death wouldn't even follow the theme of the story but then I think back to MODC and *rolls eyes* ANYWAY....hoping for a good ending:D
Yes, it is a translation of what Oh-Aew is singing.
I wonder what singing those words to him mean for them??..At this point as long as nobody dies I'll accept whatever their going to do lol. It seems that it's always the really good bls that have the sad endings ugh.
The scene in the trailer where Aew is singing in chinese to Teh, doesn't Teh just repeat (translate) the words back to him in thai?? Those words don't seem like something his character would say out of the blue like that, he's not really good with expressing his feelings (only in anger).... especially saying something that deep... as we saw in episodes 1 and 2 and Aew had just finished singing when he said it. That's atleast how I interpreted it in my head lol, I could be wrong though.
I don't think it's one sided because Aeow wouldn't go out of his way to tell him his secret so that he could be…
I replied an entire post but wasn't signed in so it was deleted *sigh* but anyway:) bc I don't feel like rewriting it I'm just going to say again that it's mutual lol
I feel like this one is going to end up a story up unrequited love. If this story is in retrospect and the first…
I don't think it's one sided because Aeow wouldn't go out of his way to tell him his secret so that he could be assured in their friendship and he definitely wouldn't have went back to the boat to talk things out. Their feelings for eachother are very mutual, I don't think it's an unrequited love. Teh's really impulsive so it's the question of is he going to accept that he has feelings for a guy. Aew's always been very observant and in episode 1 even though Teh looked at Aew's test results Aew was the one to provoke him when he told Bass in front of him that he's so good at chinese getting 30/30 right (remember Teh got a 29/30 so he missed one)....Even when Teh went to the beach to apologize to him and Teh was holding back Aeow asked him; "what is it?" Aeow is in tune with Teh's feelings, they can definitely both be petty but their feelings are definitely not one sided:) someone far down in the comments posted that Bass is pretty much Teh's replacement/substitute and I agree with that because all Aeow's reasons for liking Bass is why he likes/is in love with Teh. Their relationship is way more than friendship and those feelings continue to surface with every disagreement or misunderstanding between them.
Who else thinks that Teh did not want the kiss? He went for it, but backed away and I feel it was cause of his…
Hiiiii ugly duckling!!!!:D...I agree with him being confused with his feelings for Aew, I think Teh was in a moment and so he initiated the kiss but probably understood kissing her was for the wrong reasons. When she kissed him, i didn't see him resisting it but he probably was startled that she kissed him....did you notice at the end of episode 2 when he told Aew that they kissed and when Aew asked how; Teh made it out to seem that he made the move and finished through with it? Lol
Exactly I feel New liked Teh first but he decided to let it go and also considering the fact that Teh considers…
I hope so. It's interesting how with the girl that he "likes" everything is so simple. He tells her his feelings about her and also spends time with her but when it comes to his feelings for Aew it's difficult for him to express himself verbally as we can see in episode two's boat scene how he was struggling to say something and go after him and Aew had to speak first.
My opinion about Teh: Some people say he is selfish and childish. Well, I like the character. I won't lie that…
Hiiiii Tiago, I really love your post and how detailed it is about Teh and Aew! Reading your post made me realize that it is true about what you said about Aew and Teh's relationship having a deep connection. I especially noticed that Aew asks Teh's permission/approval when it comes to certain things, like when they were kids and Aew received the role in the play but made sure Teh was ok with it first. Then when they stopped talking Aew told Teh (when he was explaining to him why they couldn't be as close as they were) that he stuck with acting and trying to better himself because he wanted to prove to him that he can stick with something w/o giving up. Now that their friends again he still asked Teh's permission to tutor with Bas but Teh gives him the ok and then gets upset at the outcome lol. Teh wants the relationship back that they had as kids and gets jealous when it seems that (in his mind) their not as close. I especially like how observant he is with Teh's feelings, like when they went to eat at the restaurant and Aew invited everyone and Teh was in his feelings because not only did he invite everyone but he also shared what was suppose to be their secret and Teh was sitting there all moody and Aew pulled out his phone (which I liked bc it shows that their still the closest) to communicate with him secretly. It kind of reflects back to when they were kids all gathered around eating at Teh's and when Teh announced that he was going to be a protagonist and everyone laughed but Aew. He's always been observant of Teh and Teh's mood.
I personally don't think Teh is possessive of Aew...I've read a lot of comments on here about the show and I appreciate the different opinions and perspectives that are given but I think that in Teh's case he is a type of person that doesn't know how to express his feelings so he comes off immature a lot of times and selfish but he's just handling things the best he knows how. He's expressive more through his actions than his words as we saw in episode 2. In my opinion I think that Aew liked him first when they were kids and then they had their falling out and now Teh is reciprocating those feelings. Teh may handle things in a childish way at first but he knows that he's wrong with the way that he goes about handling things bc he does try to fix it after the fact. I just think that in Teh's case he reacts immediately w/o thinking and once he thinks about it and how he reacted he does try to fix it. I like that they wrote his character as flawed as they did bc it's human nature and seeing how Aew falls in love with him is going to be so genuine. Their friendship is so cute:)
I need to brush up on my book knowledge again, but to my remembrance, we sadly get even less closure in the book…
@KimchiByTheSea well that sucks, to know that they were as close as they were and for it to just end like that smh...I appreciate your response:) thank you!
