I watched this in YT yesterday, it was an
unplanned and had no idea that it's a new
drama until i googled it and found out more info about it.
I just rarely watch a multi - mainleads drama not that i dont like it , its just that i like to focus a solo main leads one at a time in drama , but i was surprised after 1 episode it leads me to another episode and didnt realized i'm
Aleady in ep 5. I love it so far. I like each of
the individual main lead characters. Also ,
i cannot ignore but was captivated by the
cinematic scenery of this beautiful hometown where the four main leads came from.
US is my adoptive country and although I
Been here for a long time but after watching the first 5 episodes of this show, i just
Suddenly have an urges to come and visit my hometown country where i originally came from missing the familiar sounds, places and family and friends out there , dreaming and longing to come back home and live their
permanently. This story, i think will teach
you no matter where you are, in life and
even in beautiful places, there's no place like home sweet home.

I only finished that show( 52) bcoz i already invested the time reminds me of Young Lady and Gentleman . It was so draggy, no romance , chemistry is 0% . But i will not be tricked again.

I understand that she still has this manipulation syndrome but she have to stay or need to stay alert and be aware --- this people are evil specially the mom , this is her 2nd life after all and this rarely and once in a lifstime opportunity 100× wonderful guy coming to her life helping her even unshakened and so firmed to protect her.

She already saw what happened to her, and the real color of this people....it was a big mistake for her to have the ex gjving him a ride to her new place. She should not allow tge ex or call DG by the time the ex appeared, after all DG was offering her to pick her up while she was packing her luggage. To meet DG's brother behind his back is another wrong moved by her. I hope she will be back on her senses in the next ep and focus of her goal of what is really the purpose why she is hooking up with DG.

Re-watching again the scene between DG and SH exchanging harsh words but mainly DG slamming him which im so freaking loving it🥰! SH's character is awful! He is a joke to me!

I know, right! I got no complain with our ML from ep 1- to ep 4 he stayed the same, confident, unwavered. Even when he was showed the pic of YJ and SH infront of his house hugging YJ. I just want her to completely trust him!!

Okay there’s a lot to love in episode4. But I have to be honest, there’s a glimpsed of fear that I feel for our heroine’s part in this episode.Hope she will not be shaken by this despicable people.
But first , may I praise👏👏👏our ML Sung Hoon, OMG I really really 🥰love his Do Guk’s character here. He is truly a boyfriend/ husband material that I dreamed for. I love how he is so firmed, confident, unshaken , knows what he wants and so determined to protect his woman ( FL).

I loved how he slammed the shameful ex- fiancé / husband of HYJ. When shameless Se Hyeok , trying to weakened DG’s plan for marrying HYJ, he is trying to scare him that his company’s and DG’s parent’s company’s reputation to be affected if he pursue of marrying HYJ, also telling him that HYG don’t have feelings for him but just using him. I loved how he answers him.

“If I cannot even run my company the way
I want , why should I be the CEO. “
and he followed his words by saying this —-
“ I don’t care if she only use me. I’m so in love
That I will gladly be used. I despise her pretty
name coming out of another man’s mouth.
I could rip out your tongue right now.
That’s love, right?”

OMG, my heart 🥰my heart 🥰! where can we find a beautiful man like that in this planet??!! I know , I know , only in drama land lol😁. But those words are so overwhelming , so hot 🔥🔥🔥, too hot that I kept re- watching those lines of him!

Now the meeting of the 2 families kinda intensed and interesting to watched specially the 2 hardcore mothers. Do Guk’s family not only very wealthy, a lot wealthier than YJ’s family but compare to YJ’s family who’s dad is opportunist, step- mom is the most evil one, and the full of jealousy ,spoiled brat , so obsessive to DG , step-sister YR , definitely a very dysfunctional family compare to DG’s family , The Seos are more of descent human beings people .They got class not because they got more money but the way they behaved. They have empathy, they’re not actually a look downer people , in fact , I admire them that they are a good supporters to the orphanage foundation . They are not perfect but they are actually good people ( except DG’s brother, I think he is twisted).

HYJ’s mom behavior is just so out of this world. This is a family meeting for marriage and all she did is emphasizing YJ as their adopted, telling all her flaws and lack of accomplishments , she thought by telling all of this in front to soon PIL of YJ that they will disliked her more and will not accept her but instead the family sympathized YJ secretly! DG’s mom might look stern and hard but she is actually a softy person. She look strict , but I think it’s just a facade. And the father is kind of “ go with the flow” type of man .The grandmother, the same too , she seems like a very principled woman . The sister—if she married
with that ordinary man the—- driver and secretary of DG , surely it’s not hard for her to accept HYJ. The only person that scares me at DG’s family is the brother. I think he is dirty and full of jealousy to DG. He is a counterpart of Yoo Ra.He is definitely belong to my annoying character list in this drama.

Our heroine HYJ , she is showing some slight weakness in this episode which I don’t really appreciate it. She knew that her ex fiancé is not a good person , he is an ally of those people who like to see her downfall, why would she let his words affect her. If there’s any doubt about DG, instead of meeting his brother, he could just tell DG about what his fiancé said to her.Besides they have an agreement to their MC - no minding their own business or privacy life. She only want to
use DG for revenge and she is the one who really badly needed him ( although we know that DG really truly love her), she should not make inconvenient to him , this part of meeting with DG’s brother without telling DG is kind of disrespectful to DG. I think that’s why DG said in the end , “ You’re crossing the line. “

Stay the course woman, don’t be shakened!!

My highlights in Ep 3
-----Me 🥰giggling & clapping their Kissing scene. Both ML & FL surely know how to kiss and not just statue kiss but actually lips opened.

-----J Y meeting MIL with Yoo Ra and DG came for a rescue. I liked how the exchange words between DG's mom and JY and how JY
Slammed Yoo Ra right there in front of MIL. It hyped me up more when DG came and trying to shut his mom.

-----DG and JY alone in their house scene talking about their contract marriage and how DG
wants to be really closer to her and the fake marriage to be real.
My favorite dialogue:
DG: You wanted revenge against
LJH and HYR. You know
what's the best way is? ........
L OVE ME!
( is it just me that find Sung Hoon very attractive when he said this words, oh my heart🥰).

And him keep challenging & asking JY

( i swear i got a lot of butterflies🥰 he just so looked so sexy when he said those words, why it so hot in here whew!)

I love the cousin of DG, she serves as an informant of JY for DG's family.

DG's mom appeared to be mean but i think she's just testing JY and i think she will like JY later on specially when she really get to know her & how JY's family mistreated her also she seems secretely like JY'sfiesty character.
I like her "Give & Take " motto lol.

Oh, I love this drama so much, it
Makes me thirst more for time expansion every episode . There will be more evilous conspiracy or plotting from JYs mom and sis for JY's downfall to add more, DG's brother seems like another villain here. But if our heroine and hero will stay the course , there might be many obstacles but if they faces it strongly together. They'll weather it. I cant wait for tomorrows episode!

I watched it in Viki theyre updated. They will probably free the first 3 or 4 episodes for not subscriber but will locked it later for a higher episodes. I subscribed it for $9 a month
But you can also freely watch the whole complete series in viewasian. Ep 3 is not out yet in viewasian since it just out today but just check it out every now and then maybe 2 or 3 days from , it should be there.

Ep 3 is out, getting my coffee and going to enjoy my one of my most awaited shows n the weekend.

One day more and I cannot wait! It is struggle to wait for 5 days after a 2 weekender episodes. So excited for this drama!!

Exactly! MY SECRET ROMANCE is my introduction to kdrama where back in that time i had no idea about korean culture , their kdramas , BTS and to Sung Hoon back when i was stucked overseas due to pandemic and nothing but netflix alone is my companion lol.
Thats why Sung hoon❤️ got special place in my heart.
Plus he is really a good kisser in MSR which since then unforgettable actor to me!
