Im in US and I watched in viewasian website and updated now in ep 25

I hated LZF's character in Nothing But Thirty for his role as a cheater there but i think i hated him more here in this drama not only as a scumbag cheater here but just no sign of being remorseful so spiteful and so despicable! Unfortunately, as i was binge watching from ep 18-21 , the one has still more screen time are both the despicable pair.
I can understand that the writer wants to take time to specifically illustrate the affair in this story
( maybe the payback later from FL's gonna really hurt him later) , tge reason why there's an alliance between the wife and the first mistress ,but from first affair to 2nd affair , its just too much screen time( so frustrating !)

FL and ML interaction screen time is just like a glimpse , a bit by bit pieces of scenes of them. How i wish the writer will also try to balance the characters screen time.

Now, writer is really good of
Illustrating in this story of how smart, capable and too patience female lead, too patience that she can handle and witheld her anger and still living and sleeping in the same bed with her husband knowing he came from having an intimate with another woman and this is even the 2nd time
( what a blood boiling😡).

I cannot wait ( and hope it will not be long we are already past the halfway in this series) for the divorce, i cannot wait for LS to shock her cheater husband and his despicable mother by presenting all her gathered evidence
for his infidelity and to make him lost and
totally empty handed after the divorce.
And most of all , i cannot wait for the cheater to see his wife will be pursued by a single ,
handsome and very resourceful guy.

Just started binge watching this drama im now in ep2 but even when i was just in ep 1 , i loved it already! I love age gap romance genre , so far LAST CINDERELLA is my all time favorite age-gap in J-drama.

It seems like this actor Li Ze Feng like to plays a cheater role , he was also in Nothing But Thirty who also played a cheater there.He must be good at it in portraying this kind of role. Im kinda jumpy here and there episodes because it seems kinda slow moving plot.
I liked wife's approached instead of making a scene but convincing the mistress to be an ally( i don't think i can do that ). I'm looking forward for the ML to have more screen time in upcoming episodes. I liked HXM in Cruel Romance(2015).

Is this a good cheating /revenge plot drama. I'd like to see a strong female character, a maybe cheated and betrayed but will get up on her feet and come back strong, , confident a very capable woman. I will skip the cheating part and will start watching the divorce part already. Any spoiler is welcome, thank you.

I do really like R & JBA's amazing chemistry here but I just really wish that Shin- yu has to clear up his status to his fiancee first , be a man and be upfront to her that their relationship not really working.
And i hope that Hong Jo will not reciprocate his feelings for her unless he is already breaking up his fiancee. His fiancee already accused her when they were in university and even now of being a boyfriend stealer, you dont want to prove it to her that it's really true but this is her chance to prove to that girl who slapoed her that she got nothin to do with him and by that means really declined him and really meant it to distanced him ( even do she already fell in love with him). I want her to really avoid him to the point that he couldn't take it anymore and for him to come out a final decision to break up his fiancee.
Sure his fiancee is a cheater, shes not a saint but it doesn't justify for him to do the same.
You know what will make me turn off later in his character( hope it will not be the case later), if he only break- up his fiancee if he find out that she is cheating on him and not really breaking her up just because he is being truthful to her feeling to HJ and owning it that it is him who is chasing after her because he love her and really have no feeling for her at all, its all forced and just only due to parent's arrangements for them. That's the kind of man i want from his character.

Ep 33-34, I liked when JB starting to be more comfortable of opening up her emotion to SY.
SY is really an ideal boyfriend material. Where can we find a 26 yrs old , handsome, hardworking, so thoughtful and so caring to his gf and even doing a care giver thing to the father of his girl friend ( I know , only in dramaland). You know after they showed a flashback of her father's cheating history, he still lucky to be taken care of his children and still with his stink attitude at the present time , I don't think I can do it specially for tge things that he had done and it caused his mother's death.

Unfortunately his father is a cheater and JB married a cheater too, knowing what she had experienced from his father, i was surprised that her marriage to his cheater husband lasted for 10 years knowing and her being aware of her husband's infidelity
Within that tine frame of their marriage.

I love SY's father. He is a good dad and he is very supportive to him.
SY's mom, i really thought she gonna be in one of my annoying list but she bent in the end and just go with what makes his son happy. She realized after she kicked out SY that he is not that kind of weak or fragile as what she thought or underestimated him just bcoz he is young & inexperienced.

I always love SY's character. XZ's portrayal in this drama is really perfect for me. Still tbh i'm still looking from JB's character to be more of loosen up a kittle bit showing more enthusiasm of being a caring and sweet gf of SY.
I know sge call him her boyfriend , or give me a hug but i cannot explain, still something lacking in his character to me.
Maybe because SY done so so much fo her and i kind like a give and take thing to between both of them.
The ex finally admitted that SY is really a good person and even better than him. ( ok just go exit the picture and have a good time in tibet!). I really believe that a character like him will not become a faithful to whoever he gonna marry again. Once a cheater, akways a
cheater.

Ep.33 when JB opened up to SY about her childhood memories witnessing her father's making out with his mistress right there on her parents matrimonial bed
really hits me . It's amazing how drama sometimes relatable to one's experienced. I was in 6th grade when i witnessed my aunt's
Infidelity right there at my uncle & aunt's bed as i lived with them for a while during my elementary years. My uncle had this buy & sell business that requires him to travel often. The difference between me and JB that time was i didnt have a couraged to tell my uncle, i was overpowered with fears---- what if they will have a big fight that will lead my uncle to do a serious thing to my aunt or something happened to them and their kids if uncle will know, i really dont know what to do that time . At my young age ,i just decided & preferred to kept my mouth shut, until my uncle really found out their affair personally by himself.
My uncle blamed me after he found out that i have a knowledge of their affairs for quite some time before he caught them. I was
Hated by my uncle, kicked me out at their house and put me back to my mother. He said he will never forgive me and hate me to the core bcoz if only i reveal and speak to him about their affairs the moment i saw them, it can be prevented and the situation will not really become deep and he will just stay most of the time at home.
My aunt eloped with that guy, my uncle really became depressed and most of the time stay at the gamble house and neglected his health and neglected his 3 children( which i used to babysit them)he became a smoker and drinker , no proper eating until he got really sick and died. The children was adopted to my other
uncle. I felt so really really bad , so guilty for a long time for what happened to my uncle and his family. It haunt me for years , i can see my uncle's angry face pointing finger on me, having a nightmares about him and his family and couldnt really have a descent sleep bcoz it wokes me up at nights . I felt really terrible at the time!
Im good now but it definitely leave a scar n
me.

Although I only know XZ in The Oath Of Love , after that drama , i became curious of watching him again in another drama which lead me here in SBMS, observing how he gonna prove himself as a versatile actor by playing this role in an age gap romance drama.
His character as a young and inexperienced 26 yrs old who fall in love with a 36 yrs old divorced woman, trying to prove himself and to the woman he loved that despite of many lackness in life ,
that he is determined to catch up with her, even it cost his job, kicked out from home by his parents and became homeless, running here and there by working hard his project proposal, screwed by some people and yet with all the difficulties he encounter, he still keeping it by himself and owned all the sufferings without sharing it to his girlfriend or to his parents in order not to worry or trouble them----- but still managed to
bring a soup or meal for his girlfriend and still shopped a presents for his parents.
OMG his character here exhausted me specially here in 32-32, It made me sympathized of him while watching him trying his best at the same time struggling. This character really meant for him and he really nailed it!

As for BBH playing JB's character
as an older divorced woman , and hesitant to engaged in a new relationship but can't help falling in love for a 10 yrs younger than her so she is giving a try anyway , i think she also played her role well. Although sometimes i have a hard time to read her character coz there are times like she's not so expressive and feel tired but i wonder if thats the way how she conveyed her character to the viewers.
If it is, that make sense to me too. Her character ,she just got divorced, her ex who's a jerk and is now in a relationship with her best friend every now and then she'll encounter them at work and even if she doesnt show it, there still lrobably part in her heart that is not comfortable.
With her sister manipulating her for matching her to her best friend's uncle , and now dealing with her childish, selfish father and also between her work and her new relationship
It seems like life exhausted her too. Maybe that's what she's
trying to project to the viewers.
We are now in 32- 33 episodes
And there's only 3 more episodes left.
Both the chemistry of the main leads are undeniable! But although writer show more some
sweet moments of the main leads here in 32-33 but i feel like i am thirsty more and hoping more of them engaging a little bit more of lovey- dovey interaction. Maybe a vibes like a ROMANCE IS A BONUS BOOK( my top 5 noona romance) drama thing , it has a slow burn romance and it never show so much physical interaction but towards the end if memory serves me correctly, writer really surprised me by giving the viewers in at least 1
Episode of full of sweet and fluttering moments (starting 13-16) no deep skinship but just right in the middle where it still can satisfied the viewers. I think thats
What im expecting more.

Also, since i see more the love , sacrifices and , thoughtfulness and caring side from SY's part in almost the enrire of this series ,
Im hoping that in the next last 3 episodes left, that i can also see that from JB's character to SY.
( this are all my perspective and as always i respect everyone's opinion, so no need to be mean or being nasty if it happen that it will contradict to your own opinion, Peace and thanks! ).

Ep 31 is is a lot of sunshine to me until the storm came. Poor SY, kicking out from home by mom just because he is in love with a very capable woman, as what his mom's main reasoned why she's against JB for SY( i dont really think shes telling the whole truth i think mainly bcoz of the age gap).
While his mom enumerating stuff how high the status of JB compare to SY and laying out of SY's many lacking in life .Watching SY's facial expression who is already near in tears that time , i just cant help but my heart is heavy for him.
Tbh i'm so close to tears😔 !That must be hurtful for him to hear from his own mom's underestimation words towards him. SY who is almost the entire series ( since we only have 5 ep left)he done nothing but doing things
what can make JB happy and also being a
good son to his parents.
I was happy when JB finally accept him as his boyfriend until mom find out ......poor thing!
Hopefully next following episodes, writer will focus of showing us a more scenes of them together, nurturing and enjoying their newly built telationship , hopefully no break up ( but i have a feeling there is based in the hinting synopsis) .
I probabbly ff when those many obstacles episodes come and just jump to the good and
leaning to a happy ending episodes.

While waiting for ep 8, still boggles my mind the last scene of ep 7, SHin- yu telling HJ that he was "swayed " by her. It's like he put the blame to HJ
Instead of clarifying and be honest to his fiancee about his feeling. Where in fact he is the one clinging to HJ, "tailgating" here almost everywhere. And HJ never showed any reciprocation of his feelings nor showing any signs of seducing him.
I think this part of his character being dilemmatic and no backbone at all is I kind of disappointed ( at least in my point of view and please dont butcher me, i respect each other's opinion, so no unkind words pls.).
Also when , HJ told bim he was slapped by his fiancee, it doesnt or he doesnt even have a strong reaction nor at least asking an apology or feel sorry for her for what his fiancee done to her.
But still the drama is entertaining, i don't know what happened to the red hand curse but i miss that scene , when it will be appear again. I think all the actors in this drama played their role well according to what the writer's
script told them to.

As much as I like Rowoon but i have a mixed feeling of his character in this drama. He seems like in denial. He keep following the FL but every now and then he likes to insult her. He broke up his fiancee and the next thing they got back together and yet he is dry to her. Every now and then he likes to insult the FL and yet professing his love to her by making an excuse that he is under her spell.
I feel sorry for the FL, Shin- yu's fiancee cheated on him and yet she got the nerve of slapping the FL ( well in fairness for the 2FL, ml is committing in some way cheating too by keep following the fl excepth his feeling wasn't reciprocated by the fl.

2ml is likeable. I like his character, he is nice and caring to the FL but we all know in drama land that in the end of the drama, 2ml most
likely will not end up togetherwith
the FL.
But Im looking forward for the 2ml to
seriously pursue the FL
So then it will annoy the ml, too much, that
the jealousy will kill
him which will give him a courage to be
honest and admit to his parents and fiancee that he is in love with the FL and he cannot
marry her.

I agree, from Ohio . Although i sometimes frustrated to some previous episodes and i probably will in some upcoming episodes later but i have to say it's a good written bcoz it engaged me for the very first time
( of years watching asian dramas) here in MDL posting my views, just need to endure the annoying characters. There are 4 in my annoying characters list so far but i have a feeling
I will add on SY mom later after i saw the ep 28.

It's actually a fake kiss. A usual back head covering if perhaps the actress is not accepting a real kiss scene , thats probably the reason.
Mom so far is good to JB but every now and then she side note of pushing the
" us , you my little sister & finding a boyfriend for JB which made JB down and her no appetite for the food she prepared for her .
I can already picture ahead of the episodes that once JB & SY will be in relationship, mom's gonna be one of the obstacles here also based in the synopsis
( by that time, she will be the add on , n my annoying list characters n this drama).

Highlight:
The congratulatory hug
Of JB to SY & a quick wink of SY to his best friends while hugging back of JB. You can tell, my guy is in cloud 9🥰 .

SY following JB to the mountain,

& SY teasing JB calling her aunt
While the 3 annoying people
Are outside complaining it's cold
While waiting for her to be out.
And them was surprised to see both of them out in the room.
I wish they both stayed longer in that room🫰.

JB and SY dancing together in the stage, boy theyre so cute together🥰 .Loved the dance move of JB & SY and also love that song, i wonder what song is that, even i dont understand what it says but the beat is so catchy which wanna make me dance too.

SY and uncle throwing back and forth hinting their love for JB.
Go👍, go 👍SY im rooting for you!

Lowlight:
SY mom's keep pushing about the topic of match making JB to other man thing, can't you tell your son is head over heels with this noona! But i wonder if she got an impression about her son's feeling for JB thats why he keep pushing those topic showing already her sign of oppossition for the two's blossoming love to each other.
( oh no JB , please dont be discouraged! After your jerk ex marriage, you deserved to have a real good tender loving caring man and that man is SY!)

The manipulative sister. Keep pushing & praising the uncle for JB during the mountain dinner.

shoulder covering during kissing scene, bottom line is a fake kiss.
