The video quality from Viki is total garbage.
My best guess is that you are referring to 4K quality. As someone who lives in a city once mocked for being the poorest internet service in the entire USA, (see USA Today's article from 11.19.2019), I can no longer complain. Mine simply pops in at "high quality". Oh they just started stringing lines for high speed on my road. I can't believe it took this long and sign me up!

Almost agree as I have both subscriptions and also other's when they have something I want (nearly 10). A couple…
I am only able to click on actors if I search for them on Netflix. This could be interface dependent, I use everything through my Roku via a TV vs a tablet or a laptop. I have not made folders and may need my laptop to do these fancy things, however my eyes are much happier watching via a TV. BTW, which 10 besides IQIYI? I wonder....HA!

I still have my Netflix subscription however I believe the interface for Viki is far superior. BTW, not paid to say this.
On Viki...
1. You get more information on the subtitles, such as descriptions of sayings.
2. I love how I can click the actors' photo and see other things they have done that is carried on the platform and add it to my watch list or watch immediately.
3. Cost to start $ 7.99 per month but I think mine is $10ish.
4. When Netflix updates on each drama with new episodes, the bulk of the show might already be on Viki.
At any rate, I've been a member since June 2002 of Netflix but I question my loyalty especially since Viki can put out great content for far less monthly fees.
