Idk what to say other than I have fully enjoyed multiple dramas both have attached to their names~

Seriously a depressing ep and drama.

I finally got something right. Been awhile. Absolutely called that creepy grooming shite with SC. Even now, only wants to bring up and reminisce the past 24/7. Always felt like that was the case. Crazy how he's been able to manipulate her life so well and really raises the suspicion about her father's death. Willful negligence maybe? Hard to say after the ending of #8.

TS though. He's done nothing to ever raise the possibility of doing something behind Eunas back, so I was a bit surprised at her reaction towards seeing the other girl. She, on the other hand, constantly comes off as shady from the outside looking in. If anyone was allowed to react to something like that, it was definitely him. Relationships gotta have something close to the he middle as far give and takes go. It's been pretty uneven through out the whole drama though. Poor guys had it rough. He can't keep going on like this~
And can someone plz explain the guesthouse fiasco please? I still don't quite understand what went down~

She's still absolutely suspect, no reason to turn phone off~

I just can't like him, if he'd been able to introduce himself and get to know her on a regular level, I wouldn't have this kind of hate. But since it stemmed from invasion and intrusion and whatnot, another car accident or 4 would be quite pleasant to behold. Or the infamous 🚛. Give into the vow and prove himself by dying for her. Yup the hate real lol. Looking forward to the next episode~

Whew!! Solid reply. I had red flags dancing across my vision immediately upon their first time on screen together. Clearly older but NEVER took eyes off her from the start. Then it became apparent that the now stepmom was tied to him through the lodging. Maybe she wanted to separate them but might be a reach. I don't like her because of FL's clear aversion towards her in the past but hadn't exactly done anything or shown a reason for it. Need to see more.

I've only ever seen this author putting up articles here, sometimes multiple per day. Where is she getting this stuff from? Is it just copy/pasta from genuine sources and articles? Anything and everything from a Korean actors mothers brothers nickname in high school to a Chinese producers CEOs favorite food to eat in spring in an even number year in February on a weekday after 7pm........you get my drift lol. So many pieces sound and read like AI generated responses to random questions and I haven't been on the site long enough to differentiate fact and fiction yet~

Hate it when ppl say it has to be "realistic with rules" and order even though its theme could exist in sci-fi, fantasy, and/or supernatural world. Stories don't need to have rules and lore to be considered proper or to be successful. And I'ma say it again. It's a ghost story AND Kdrama. Expecting a realistic law and order drama is laughable when it's main theme is a body hopping ghost gag gotta catch them all team up and by some recent comments, they're peeps expecting just that~

Case in point.............my wife is a cardiologist and surgeon, and lives in a medical world that's almost the very definition of law, logic, and order. And I already know she likes this due to the very absence of those things others say are needed to be 'good'. To each their own. Go figure~

Lol......... definitely called the creepiness and the subtle but unmistakable intent of sml to pursue this girl from the start. Maybe not exactly grooming......but the romantic interest was there. Age gaps are a curious thing. Everyone has a different # deemed acceptable drama wise and IRL. Even amongst actors and co-stars playing roles ppl get psycho over..........let's save that for another time. Knew that she was going to show up unannounced and was not surprised at all~
MLs willingness to pick up where things left off was abit surprising.........but when the 20 question game started it was clear he hadn't changed~

Last thing is I've got some qualms with performance. MLs got a lot of experience playing as a high schooler but can flip the switch and play adult characters properly. FL, the high school bits were fine. But I see no difference between characters after the long time skip. It's like he's grown up but she hasn't, that's best way I can describe it. Idk if I've seen her in anything else, so I can't get a feel as to whether it's the character or the actress? The way she's broken up with the sml has me thinking it's the character that's still immature? Argggh, anyone else get what I'm saying or can say it better? Lol
In any case, the dramas been ok enough to know I won't drop.

1 ~ WE knew that she knew that he was across in the complex before it was pointed out. That smirk said it all~

2 ~ Siren mode had been activated ages ago the minute he found out she received no payouts or claims and still decided to poke around her life. She already owned him and keeps getting pulled further and further into the song she's singing. I've never liked a particular trope at Kdramas use frequently. They will have the ML/FL follow one another around and watch them all the time and learn their routines, all that stuff, and depict it as a lovey dovey I must know everything about you love stricken cutesy act to show interest. Ehhh. No. That shite needs to be wiped out completely and should have been ages ago. That's not cute. That's f'n stalking and it's a HUGE problem in EU for women and children that keeps getting worse. I really don't like them using it for romance when this is what monsters are doing IRL to carry out SA's~

3 ~ ML is a stalker and a creep as alluded to from point 2. Already didn't like him getting involved when it had nothing to do with him, I double down on that now because of the records he found at the end. Those records are from 15+ yrs ago and has no bearing with the deaths of those 3 other guys. Pretty invasive and I'm always going to point that out because again, it's had nothing to do with him from the start. Know what I'm saying? Lol. He isn't being led by logic, it's something considerably lower that keeps pointing at her 24/7~

4 ~ The lady who was lecturing ML about being sympathetic and understanding towards FL because of the recent mishaps is correct. He's completely compromised~

5 ~ The sister who dropped the vase os a rude little (excuse the language 😅) bitch who is completely out of line. She's got hangups and a clear dislike of the FL and that's fine. But she's turning it personal and bringing it to the workplace. There's no excuse. You don't act out at work. The fact that she's got the job she currently has because of FL made her outburst that much worse. FL won't term her because of the relationship they both share with the photographer guy and and the little girl knows that~
Last thing is iffy. Near the end of the episode where the leads kiss in front of the rich guy for the 'charade'. She's fully aware they both like her. Anyone think she's pitting them up against each other? And let's not forget about her close friend too, that one likes her but is in the FZ~

In theory or on paper, it's unusual and definitely unique. That's something that is getting harder to find as writers churn out drama after drama trying to fill the need we addicts have for moar!! 🤩
Science fiction, fantasy, supernatural etc.......I tend to have tastes for things outside the box. Fiction is fiction, it's just for entertainment and I get it. But my wife is definitely more grounded. Have you ever seen or heard of the X-Files from back in the day? The premise was based on a pair of FBI agents with vastly different mindsets, one wanted to prove the existence of aliens and stuff while the other one was focused on debunking theories. The partners in that series, both ideologies eventually started to wear on each others beliefs. I can't think of a better description for me and my wife~
I would have been all over this back in the day w/o a 2nd thought. But I've been ruined 😮‍💨She just hit me for saying that 😆
Anyways........we watched a few minutes and I know we're supposed to give these things a chance. We just can't do it. Science is too deeply ingrained in her and some of that's rubbed off on me. For me, it's the lack of star power right off the bat. There's a couple of familiar faces but no one I have enough interest in to watch~
So she's not going to give it a 2nd thought and I'll look at comments in a couple weeks to see if it's watchable. Right now, everyone is slamming it~

Hmm.....Mouse anyone? That was just a piece though, that's what made the drama believable and believable makes for a good story~
SK writers have a couple talents that are virtually unmatched when compared to the rest. A small supernatural touch here, a sliver of fantasy there, a shred of mysticism etc........they can take something along these lines and spin a masterclass story around it with such skill to where you can picture and believe it could happen IRL. Or that it's actually happening now and the drama is pulling back the veil to show you. They're special~

(Excuse my language) This shite right here is downright f'n impossible and completely unbelievable even for a Kdrama. Yes I know its fiction. Yes I know we have to allow for some leeway at times but this is ridiculous. You wanna take that brain and become the next RoboCop. Sure, I could see it happen. I can picture its possible. You wanna toss your brain into the incinerator and put the other one into a shell that was just vacated? GTFO. You've gotta be able to at least ground something small in reality to have a small element of belief from the viewer~
My wife is a cardiologist and surgeon who loves to destroy and rip medical dramas. Most of them do. Why? She says when it's not factually correct, doctors think your insulting their profession. That you don't respect their individual field of practice enough to get things right. She's not a neurosurgeon but she says a number of factors still apply and it's impossible.
So there's no story you could ever tell to make believe otherwise~

Oof, dun even get me started medical scenes and dramas. My wife is a cardiologist and surgeon. We watch Kdramas, it's like.....one of our things ya know? It's actually how we met, outside of work I mean. She was my doctor. 😁 We watch them whenever we can. Med dramas she RIPS them apart. She HATES the inaccuracies in them. There was a couple in our early days that were so bad I banned her from the bedroom. No lie. Not anymore of course, used to it. So I DO understand what your saying. 😂
Idk though, when I first got started, I use to ask questions too. Things didn't make sense. Things didn't add up. Logic is and was thrown out the window. But as a newbie, ppl kind of just shot me down when I pointed things out. Was told Kdrama logic has its own universe and is in a class of its own. Deal with it. You're correct, you can't throw all the rules of logic and science completely out. If a writers does decides to go with shenanigans and whatnot throughout portions or the entirety of the drama, it has to be established early. That way they don't have to explain anything. I think that's the route this dramas going to take and the ghostly theme is what they're using or going to use to get away with it. That make any sense?

I've watched and learned a lot since then and I've also got a wife that gives different takes and interpretations when we don't agree and that's a huge plus. If a piece is so broken near the end w/o having done these little ground rules and all, I now know what the issue is and what to call it. Bad Writing~😂
This is 16 eps ya? Whew. Netflix does like to have these long ones. l wonder if COVID has anything to do with it? World was on lockdown for a loooong time and 16 was the norm. You see they been going away from it lately. And I am rambling and I am sorry but ya lol. I think Ghost theme is going to be used to justify doing w/e they want w/ no fallout. Smart move actually~
