There's not a lot of Taiwanese actors I like, the exceptions being Jasper Liu (who made the list), as well as Chris Wu and Sean Lee (who didn't), yet some of my very favorite actresses are Taiwanese.
One of those "where do I know him from?" people. Then you look and the answer is "Everything". Sort of like Jin Joo in that they're not the star but a big reason you liked the show.
I think it's great that's he's going to be seen internationally now, unfortunately it's in a movie that probably won't do well. A sequel to a movie that wasn't very well liked and probably doesn't deserve a sequel. Still I wish him the best and maybe some good will come out of it. The Marvel stories have all been beat to death now and people are just tired of them. Let's hope he doesn't run into the same Disney backstabbing that Scarlett Johansson got.
I gave up once they ran with the "over-the-top unnecessary episode 12 breakup" trope. I was trying to like it but that was just too much. Even before that, I felt the actress playing FL was not right for this role, she just doesn't look the part. I struggled to hang in there because the rest of the cast was pretty good but I couldn't.
Supposedly working on "Crazy Love", anyone know anything about it? I never saw him before "Her Private Life" (currently watching that) But I'm impressed.
Not counting the 7 movies.
