Everytime they need help, he is the first one they turn to. It seems like they dont even realize that, so they just keep on using him and taking him for garanted. And bc he is capable, responsable, mature and kind, even if he undestand the situation he is in and is exausted, he still is always willing to help everyone.
And until the end they never thanked him or show any gratitude in his regard. At the end of the show they even dared to make fun of him, and ONLY him, with a fake/joke award.
And that's not even the worst part in my opinion. The wrost part was his birtday party. They wanted to made a surprise party for him so on that busy, stressful and emotional and physically tiring day, expecially for him that was also a guide, they decided that, at night, they had to send him away, ALONE to buy his own food..... On his birthday........Why? Bc they wanted him to enter the appartament alone..... And after sending him away, ALONE, while comfy waiting for him in the apartment, they also made fun of him and his loneliness since none of them had given him any particularly attentions or care, in any way, even in that day. And after literally chasing him away and ridiculing him just before celebrating his birth day, they even terribly executed that already poorly designed idea of their "surprise party" Not to mention the fact that instead of waiting to celebrate all togheter they already started to eat the food, in a very random way i would add.
Also in the list i made i didn even include what he did as a tour guide. Like: -staying up the whole night to organize the travel and wake up after 1-2hs of sleep, to face the busy day, with a calm mind and full of energy -calling and messaging different friends to receive tips or help -making call to book hotel , house and car -checking pubblic transportation, schedules, connections, maps and roads to learn everything in advance and make the travel for the others easier and faster - dealing directly in comunicating with staff and other people when needed, bc he is one of the few to be able to speak english -taking care of paying the bills all the time -deal with the many theoretical and real-time organizational contingencies asap, and in most of the case, still alone.
And most of those things where done by him when he wasnt even a guide! So those werent even his responsibility but he still selfless did them to help everyone!
Also i noticed that often, some companions purposly burden him with more responsability than he should have only bc he is the "older brother". They seems to completly forget the fact that Tian is only 1y younger than Neo.
I understand that, bc Neo is more mature and responsible than his age, and very capable in almost everything, people forget how young he really is (more than half of this group was older than him). And the fact that Tian is more immature than his age and has a funny personality make it look like the gap in age is bigger, but it is not.

-when everyone was stuck and helpless while organizing the trip, he took the situation in his hand and calming started to analize it, giving confidence to all the silent and discuraged others and givng useful imput that incitaded those companion to react
-he took particulary care of his younger companions, taking the initiative in helping them when needed, and every time they asked. He purposly give them continuously encouragemeents and fill them with compliments
- he show respect and an inhuman amount of patience and calm in dealing with elder companion
-when he woke up early to wach the sunshine with some companions, they took the wrong road and while the others were discouraged, he never give up and keep encouraging them. He found a way to resolve it and they make it in time to watch the sunrise togheter
- he shielded his companions from wind with his body during an excursion
-he is the only one that helped an hurt companion to climb and them descend a steep road, while this same companion was left behind by the rest of the group
-he went shopping for a sick companion and after that he also cooked for her on a campingstove inside an hotel room
-when a companion was burn by hot water he immediately reacted and efficiently helped her
-he passed his jacket to different companions that had to play a game under wind and rain, while he waited in the cold bus with only his shirt and in meantime he continued to check on each of them, offering his help every single time

1 DAY COMBO!!! -he stayed up, planning as a guide until 5.30 am, wake up before 7 -he purposly give up his favored game when they went to watch the olimpic games, to help a part of the group composed of only women, in moving 34 suitcase for 2 narrow sets of stairs, in a limited time -he, responsibly, keep track of the time and has organized and led his group all by himself -he run a bicycle for 3 km, at fast speed, acting as a navigator on unknown roads, to reach the olympic game, to save money -he went to the supermarket to buy breakfast for the next morning for his companions that were tired after THEIR busy day and were resting in the apartment) End of the 1 DAY COMBO
-he helped and keep company to a companion that had momentarly lost her suitcase and didnt know what to do
-he helped a companion that actually lost her suitcase and he took the responsability to directly keep in contact with the staff and deal with them, and in meantime he also keeped encouraging her that was deeply discouraged
-he run around the whole airport, almost losing the flight, to help a companion to pay a fee for overweight baggage
-he is one of the few to be able to speak in english and for this he is used to make every interaction needed (in all honesty his english was rusty but despite this he was still the best interpreter and he always threw himself forward to help the others)
-he respectully helped a companion that had difficulty to swim
-he is ready to take all the joy of the travel, with respect toward the others and despite the tiredness, the ungratefulness, the undeserved and senseless complain and the cruel treatment and jokes
- he always provided emotional support and positive energy for everyone in every moments even trough he was heavly cyberbullied all trought the show
-his presence alone is reassuring

Never seen a boy so young (even less a "star") and so responsable, serious, capable, reliable, hardworking, selfless, patience, mentally equilibrated, positive and always willing to help everyone, in every moment and always at the best of his capacity and even beyond it. He just has a dream personality. So even if i hate this show, its for this that i become his off screen fan too.
