well said! I'm glad either with Wat's gradual improvement. After agreeing about s*x principal with Kul, he's still…
You're right! I think those who are hating on Wat's character so much missed these small details about him. They missed to realize that Wat actually made some gradual changes in his life. They only see what he has been doing wrong. LOL
And another yes about Kul's relationship with Wat. Kul is such a cool character. I love her.
At first, I was hoping to see Wat quickly change to a better man. But now that I have completed the lakorn, I liked how it actually went on for him. Him acting like that up until the last episode is fine coz its realistic. It's enough for me that he already stopped being selfish and he got rid of his major problems. Him not going to Jail is fine too. That's the only thing his father could do for the times that he was not able to protect him. Also, I don't think Wat-Kul love story was rushed/forced because Kul never said she loves Wat. She only said she likes him. I think it's reasonable for her to say that because 1.) she obviously started caring for him out of pity after learning about his pitiful life 2.) she started to appreciate him for sticking around when she was sad about Tet 3.) we can't just forget the fact that they actually spent some good times together before Tet came back in the picture 4.) And Wat is pretty persistent when it comes to her. I think Kul really likes the idea of Wat acting like a child who's willing to do everything for her and would listen to everything she says. Looks to me she did not give him a chance because she loves him, but because she believes in him. Actually, she's no different from Tet. That's exactly how Tet developed some feelings for Ginney. Only that his feelings became more intense after Ginney put her life in danger for him. I honestly believe that she agreed to marry Wat because unlike Tet, she knows that Wat will not restrict her in any way. CAREER ABOVE ALL ELSE. She also said it before that with Wat, she can be herself, she's comfortable and she doesn't need to be perfect all the time. So I can understand her choices.
Unfortunately, though I respect everyone's views and think Bua has done a great job, I can't relate to Kul. I'd…
I totally respect your opinion. On the contrary, Kul giving Wat a chance made me admire her character more. Despite her being almost perfect in every aspect of her life, she remains humble. She's compassionate towards others hence, she's a doctor. She's not quick to judge and she sees goodness in others. I think this is also the reason why Wat fell for her. I know Wat had done a lot of bad things in the past but I think he'd already done enough to prove that he can be a changed man and that he's deserving of a second chance. I can see why she was able to accept Wat despite his past and all. Wat may be the last man on Earth to deserve Kul but during the times that they were together, he made her feel genuinely happy. She found him silly yet adorable. She was comfortable with him. Wat apologized about that unpleasant night and never tried to do it again. Also, he stopped doing drugs even before he was caught by her. He also stopped playing around with girls after that phonecall from Kul. He even stopped smoking when he started living with her. I really appreciate these gradual changes in him. Kul knows that despite Wat's rough personality, he's actually capable of caring about others. Yes, it might have taken him more than 10 episodes to at least act like a decent human being towards others but he's always been nice to her. Also, Tet wasn't clingy. Her problem with Tet was him being overbearing. He liked to force things on her and she did not like it. Unlike Wat who let her do her thing. That's why she said she's herself when she's with Wat.
About Kul moving on too fast, I think it's understandable. Kul is not the kind of person who wallows in self-pity. She's a successful independent woman with a busy career. I mean, she rejected a marriage proposal once without so much hesitation. I don't see why she can't easily handle a breakup that she already knew was bound to happen? Apart from that, she already came to an understanding that them together is really not a good idea: they fight often, they don't open up to each other, they're not compatible, and she knew deep down inside her, Tet wasn't the kind of guy she wanted to spend the rest of her life with. She also saw how happier Tet was with Ginney. They've been together for 4 years, reason the break up still hurt her. I think another reason she was able to move on to Wat that fast was because she already had some good feelings towards him because he was always there with her. And the fact that he looked just like Tet, it's like she never really lost him. She just got a better version of him. LMAO.
Sensible girls know that in love, there are no guarantees, no sure things and that sometimes taking a few risks is the sensible thing to do.
I love Dr. Kul so much. Bua is such a GOOD actress but I kind'a feel sad because she looks like in a support role here. Dr. Kul is sensible, modest yet ambitious, hardworking, independent and most of all, successful. She's the kind of female lead I'd want to see in lakorns. She did not let Tet plan for her future. Giving up or putting your career on hold for a man is not SMART at all! She wasn't at fault for walking out on him. It wasn't like she did not want to marry him. She just needed time but he went to argue with her instead, even mentioned about breaking up. When she replied, "Have it you way then.", DANG I was so satisfied! I mean, who would want to commit to someone who doesn't know how to listen? Tet failed to understand her. I know he meant well but it's not what she needed. Then you add a father-in-law who degrades you every chance he gets. I'd rather be a SINGLE woman with a career than be a WIFE only to be surrounded by people who don't understand my goals and respect my opinions. Also, when Tet dumped her for Ginney, she did not go cray cray over him. She got heartbroken, she cried and then she moved on. She stayed nice to them all through out. She did not even cause them any troubles despite being CHEATED on. Yes! It was still cheating.
Hope Lakorns will give us more strong female leads like Kul. I hate it when a female lead is acting all pathetic for the male lead. Female lead should understand that love is not everything. We need female leads who are SMART and can leave an undeserving male lead anytime. LMAO.
I totally agree with you! My fav character here is Dr. Kul. She knows what she wants and she works hard for it.…
Exactly! Relationships are not always sunshine and rainbows. It's not always like how they are portrayed on cheesy romantic dramas. LMAO. Tet and her as a couple will not really work out. Tet is such an alpha male. He's better off with someone who has a "You lead, I receive" personality like Ginney. Same with Wat, Dr. Kul is the best for him. She can keep him in check. She's the kind of woman who won't take his bullshit and will cut ties with him if he doesn't get his life together. LOL
Each episode get's better and better. I am really starting to like Ginny and Tet's relationship. Ginny can do…
I totally agree with you! My fav character here is Dr. Kul. She knows what she wants and she works hard for it. She doesn't let a man control her life. Admittedly, she took Tet for granted but can we really blame her? I see myself doing the same if I were in her situation.
I too like the idea of a bad boy turning good because of love but itβs not working for me in this drama unfortunately,…
What happened to Ginney definitely was kind'a a wake up call for him but Dr. Kul was the one who helped him bit by bit. Everytime Kul scolds him or talks to him about something in life, there's this look in his eyes. It's like his amused but amazed by her at the same time. LOL.So far, among the people he's dealing with, he is only nice to Dr. Kul. I mean the nicest that he can be. I don't actually expect him to be that nice coz again he's like THE BADBOY. And changing for the better is not an easy thing to do. The recent confrontation between Ginney and him definitely helped him more to realize things.
Kul is an ambitious person. She's the same with present Wat, very serious, perfectionist, doesn't seem to know how to enjoy life and very goal oriented. This is why I'm not hoping for them to end up together. Her life will be more interesting if she's with someone like the present Tet. But present Tet needs to go through a lot first before he can be deserving of a happy ending with Kul. I hope they give it to us. Same with present Wat, his life will be more fun if he gets married with Ginney instead. LOL
Yes, I'm so happy that they're tryna show us a good side of the Present Tet. The ending would be satisfying if they just stay where they are. The girls can just pretend that their partners changed for the better ESPECIALLY FOR GINNEY. LMAO.
Finally more scenes for Krating-Bua! I find their story more exciting and interesting. Present Tet is the real definition of a BADBOY. I love the idea of a bad boy turned good boy because of a woman. Tet needs someone like Dr. Kul who can make him feel loved and guide him to the right path. Saw the latest episode and Bua was so heartbroken over present Wat because he loves Ginney alread.y Well ... She needs to go through it. Let's just say it's for rejecting him before. I can already see where this is going. I'm loving it so much. LOL
Hope they go the Likit Haeng Jan route. Like accepting their fate coz it looks like the present Wat is falling for Ginny and present Tet kind'a likes Kul. Just give me an open ending in the last minute. I'll be happy with it. LOL
