So true👏🏻and i think some of them they don't even watch the show and just give nonsense comment to get attention. See there are people who think these show is not for them, slow and boring it's just about the taste but saying we're lying and pretending is so wrong. And even I didn't knew anything about them before they are just new to me but there acting and chemistry is making me feel nostalgic, and I have butterflies seeing their small small moments.
I think they took this project to promote their boy group. It's likely to be a one time thing.
Even I'm assuming this series might be a way to promote the boyband, which is why I'm cautious about getting too attached to the couple. However, I genuinely enjoy the series and want to support it. The old-school romance feel it gives me is right up my alley - it's not a school series, but it has that nostalgic vibe. I love the sweet moments of hugs, forehead kisses, stares, shy interactions, and even the jealousy scenes. But what really got me were the little details - like the phone call scene where Thame and Po talked all night, and then Thame sang his favorite song for Po after he woke up... it's just the best thing! 💕 And don't even get me started on the remembering phone number scene... that one has my whole heart. ❤️
And in Ep 5, Thame wasn't sure about his feelings, so he hugged Po, and as he gave him a hug, his heartbeat got faster... and in that moment, he knew he liked Po. The smile on his face afterwards - ahhh, my heart melted! 😍 It's moments like these that make me love this series even more.
I'm also happy to support the actors individually, as they're new to me and I think they're talented. I've really grown to like them. If they were to star in another series together, I'd be more than happy 😊.
I'm frustrated when people assume fans only like this drama because of the actors. It's not fair to say we're only watching because of the cast. I genuinely enjoy the show. Actually, among all the ongoing dramas, I knew the least about this couple, but now I'm invested in their story, chemistry, and the friendship of the group.
I respect people who don't like this drama. We all have different tastes. You might like a drama I don't, and that's okay.
