Agreed...LYX's is so good with his role play here. He is like making viewers jumping into the pain and sadness with him. By looking at him, it makes me so hard to swallow his painfulness. His character is so complex here not to said that he is actually playing a few roles. Bai Lu on the other hand does not have much of emotion here like LYX but she still delivers her role greatly.
Oh My!!!.... I must say TTJ / CJM and LSS 's love are so difficult and painful. The way they have to overcome so many things. I really like the way how he ( TTJ / CJM ) stubbornly loves LSS. Believes that LSS do love TTJ / CJM in her own way. Up till now in the immortal arc, they still have too many things on their plate. They are so sad and yet sweet to watch. I think, they are the most difficult, saddest and painful couple that I have watch in a drama.
Jeremy Tsui's acting is great. As for Yang Chao Yue's acting..... She till have rooms to be better or brush up. I don't think her acting is that bad. Her effort can be seen. At least there are new faces or pairing in dramas. Actor and actress, need roles to get them mature and better. To me, maybe this drama is some what similar to The Journey of Flower. Some of the scene is where I can expect it to happen or bound to happen. Still, this drama carries it's own vibes. It's like refreshing my memory for TJOF. It's a little boring. Maybe I will watch it after it finish airing.
Gonna give this drama a rest first as...I hate seeing that 'Lamp' keeping coming back and not dying. Why bad character hard to die and good character always hurt and die😔. I like seeing YangZi and Cheng Yi. They are so good in dramas. But the 'Lamp' keep spoiling the drama. Since the other Xiaxia drama is so good and even the OST is great. I will continue after Part 2 is out.
I must said this drama really blew out my expectation. The story are so beautiful. Both leads are great. I never get to finish Dylan Wang's drama but in this drama he made a huge improvement. He was so good at it as there were no flaws. As for Esther Yu, I love her works in 'Moonlight' but not her other dramas. This character really suits her. Her bubbly character made her go straight to DFQC's heart as no one ever dare to treat or talk to him like that before. That makes her special to him. Some said her voice is distracting but I think is her qualities of an actress. It's good to see new comers perform this good. It's a whole fresh casts rather than same old cast that I usually sees. Not to mention the OST of this drama. It was so good. Even the songs were not fully release, the lyrics were on spot of the drama tale. I can see the cast works really hard to out cast this drama. Happy for them.👍
YS always think he is the most wisest man. Whenever he has a conversation with CSS, He can't even control the situation or even lead the conversation. It is so funny that he tried so hard. This makes him like CSS more🤣🤣🤣
Today ep shows SS realize being a parents isn't easy. It is also sad that on the other hand, her mother doesn't have any hope on her. When she asked her mother, SS was literally waiting for her mother's answer. When she find that her mother was unable to answer. Her heart was hurt by her action. From here I can see that SS is distancing from her parents. I think the more she learn the more she will compare and distant herself from her family. This is really sad.

When she appeared for the first time...I was like....'what an ugly princess'😱. 🤣🤣 Sorry for being badmounthing...couldn't help it....I think they made her character ugly. Even her mother said she looks more like a wild chicken. 🤣🤣🤣 At least Wang Lin is prettier.
NN and LBY's relationship are so beautifully pictured and shown. It is nice to see that NN's choose to understand LBY by herself. Their relation slowly develop through understanding. They do argue and they talk it out too. I like how LBY pampered and spoil NN by staying by her side to protect and not to interfere what NN want to do.

Agreed to not insult the actors or actress itself. To me I watch the drama and if the drama is good then I will continue to. If not just drop it without insulting. Cause everybody deserved to be respected at least. If the drama is not doing well, that doesn't means that they did not put in their effort. It is just that the effort they put in is not up to your par or it is not up to your taste only. Which means there are still places or chances for the actor and actress to grow.
