i dont really understand the motive of "han" to hunting them, in the phone call he said that he wouldnt going…
I think the point of the him the movie and han chasing them is that he wants to hunt people down. I think he enjoys the thrill of it and when he was going to kill Jong suk but saw how he responded to him accepting death straight on he felt that Jong suk could give him an entertaining battle or challenge. I don't really know about the other theories but I think that was the whole point of han hunting them.
