Look I thin he's an honest cool guy. I love the way he's not afraid to stand up for himself. However, I'm an avid film watcher....a lot of bl actors aren't skilled. Mew isn't that skilled as an actor. The show tried to merge to languages and failed.

Mew's acting isn't skilled enough for a show that has two languages be exchanged in the way the director chose. good in general, in fact it's stale. He's a cool guy tho.

Looking back at his older work, he wasn't that good either. He was able to do well in the first season of Tharn type and that energy never came back imo. He's not fit for this role tbh

Seriously, a lot of people say he's one of the best actors....imo mew's alright. The other actors are alright as well and some are pretty bad. Also, acting in a show where there's multiple languages is extremely had to do. The language exchange was awkward and unrealistic. So far it's a very hard watch.

Yeah, he's not one of them....rn there's rumors he's dating Tul too. He had controversy over his old ship. Obsessive fans didn't like him telling the truth about shipping culture in BL.

Nino definitely only had romantic eyes for Guan Yu, but to avoid drama the two of them gave up. He probably chose Bobo at random.
He probably liked Eri and tried to see if more could come from Eri, but nothing came. We have to remember that this show is EDITED. I don't think Nio was reckless, but he was too polite and cautious. He made a few clear comments about what type of man he likes. Nio clearly feels for Eri as a friend.

I was afraid to share my opinion, but I personally didn't care for Gino as well. I always felt like I understood why Guan Yu kept a distance. I feel like Gino was a bit superficial. In the end Guan Yu is a grown man and he made his own decisions. However, I was hoping Guan Yu would date a few more people, but I understood that he felt pressured.

You must be blind because their chemistry. The chemistry isn't super romantic YET. That's how it's supposed to be.

Girl, unfortunately gay/lgbtq+ people use top and bottom in that way all the time. It's toxic, but it's very prevalent in our culture. I see what you're doing, but we legit do that all the time in the community, even if we dislike it.

It's not 13 years old everywhere in Japan. It's literally 18 in most areas. Look it up. Once again they explained that IN THE DRAMA. You need to rewatch it. Also, if he were 18 and she met him as an adult (out of high school). It's creepy, but not grooming (depending on the situation). He would be an adult and allowed to make his own decisions.
I personally don't like the purpose regardless. It's an L show because they try to show sympathy to this p*do.

People shared their opinions. No one says the Thai version is porn, they're saying it's overly sexual. I think they're saying there's a lack of plot, but too many sexual scenes that overshadow the flaws of the show. I somewhat agree, they could have done a lot more plot-wise in the Thai version.
The Korean version isn't perfect there are issues and the plot is very fluffy and simple. 2gether is a good example, but there are more kissing scenes in this Korean version of Why R U.

Also, you're it's odd to say people can't POINT OUT THEIR DISTASTE by using SA AS A PLOT DEVISE. There was a SA scene in the Thai version and it's odd for you to be defending it. People have a right to find it disgusting and unnecessary to include scenes of a love interest assaulting their partner. That's abusive. The character in the show WAS A VICTIM even if he forgave him, that's not the right message to send out. This is one of the main issues with the Thai version, they lack in making chemistry without the use of sexual or aggressive situations.

If you want to watch shows with strong SEXUAL themes, go ahead, but some people like light-hearted shows. Some people snooze when they watch shows that are overly sexual as well. I do not recommend you watch this series.

Ima be so real with you, the Thai version didn't make sense. The Thai plot was all over the place and the Korean version's plot was very simple. If you can't understand the Korean version's plot... you must not speak English or Korean. Your subtitles must be messed up.

Also, he was portrayed as 15 and she was 35. That is not "normal" even if the gender is reversed. They had no reason making the gap that large and him being underage. They could have told a story about age gaps and sexism around that by making him legal age and her in her 30s (again).

It is NOT legal in Japan it says that IN THE SHOW. It was a poor attempt to condemn underage grooming, but they showed the truth. This is not and should not be a love story. It's a desperate woman being a creep and living out her perversion through a boy. The age of consent is 18 in Tokyo snd it's lower in some areas, but it's pretty much 18. That was their poor attempt to remind viewers that their relationship is not cute or morally right. You can tell from the first moment she assaulted him that he was not able to consent. He was super naive and she was disgustingly into pushing herself onto him when he was nervous and taken advantage of.
