I love that most of us complain that BoatKong deserve more in this series and also in general and basically no one cares about BaySun😂😂😂

I mean, of course we care but... we've seen this movie 20 times already... parents hate each other, born to be friends/lovers forced to be enemies, always bickering, argument parents... it's nothing new. I could name you at least 20 series, BL, str8, novels, manwas and whatever with this exact plot.

But BoatKong brought something fresh. Son whose father is ashamed of him because he dropped out of school and forces him to hide it in front of people and your PE teacher who trains his younger brother at high school, whom also he knows from his own high school... It's also nothing inovotive, but it still feels new and fresh this area.

And one more thing, which you probably won't agree with. BaySun work better as friends than lovers.

Koreans could actually produce better BLs than Thailand and China. Their str8 kdramas and bromances are peak. Right now I'm wathing Four hands two sonatas, it's bromance, but... ehm yes, Wu, High school frenemy and Mr.Kill are also bromances ehm ehm. The chemistry between boys is insane and the plot?? That's whole new level. It's amazing, unpreddictible, we have no idea what to expect next... and I've seen much more Korean series like this... They know how to do it. But... For some reason their BLs are so-so... Of course, they have their peaks too like The eighth sense, Love in the big city, Our dating sim, Semantic error and more but most of them are bad... not even devil judge like me can defy them

Sure they are, I'm not against them of course, I meant that, I love them too, but this series doesn't really need them. I mean, you can see that they love each other, and it doesn't really mattee if it's in friend or romantic way. The kiss that would comfirm it to be a BL, would be just a cherry on top, but cmon, we can wodk with imagination, right?

You're enjoying their moments the same way as we do. Honestly I don't think this would be successful as real BL, because some so called BL fans want only cute or spicy scenes and they don't actually care about the plot. Of course, it's not a majority (hopefully), but it's a really big part of this fandom... Leaving it as a bromance basically let us focus more on story which is totally increddible by the way and it makes their moments even more special...

PS: I'm a BL fan myself, so I really don't want to offend anyone, but... some individuald make this fandom infamously famous and bad rumors about us actually reasonable thanks to some people. And I've definitelly seen these fans in this comment section...

I think I'm the only person here who doesn't like it... No hate, it's just that it didn't really catch my attention... I saw only 3 eps so far and I'll watch at least 1 more until I decide if I stop watching it or not...

depends hlw you interpret it tbh... if you want to watch as BL, you can and the same thing if you want to watch it as bromance

it's definitslly Pio's mother who has something to do with what had happened... and grandpa's wife might be the one who knew what happened and helped Jeongyo

Okay but if Boat and Kong won't be more included in the story, I'll be seriously mad. Because honestly, Bay and Sun are nothing new. Two families fighting over whatever, parents hate each other, children fall in love, I've seen this movie at least 20 times already. But Boat and Kong are something new and ai think they work perfectly together

This series is messy and chaotic and you'll be compeletely lost... But in the end everything starts making sense. Actually, in screenwriter and director did a little bit more brainstorming and rewriting, it could have been ond of the best gmmtv series. Because it does give Wu, MrKill and HSF vibes. It is tjere somewhere hidden under bad screenwriting...

But in the end it's definitelly worth it

I expected something totally different tbh... People on IG are all excited but here I can see that lot of us were prepared for compeletely different plot. The pilot and trailer basically promised us that Moth is romantically unreachable and Dean doesn't take anyone seriously and just want to sleep with people and have no relationship and that's what will bring them together. Well it starts with Ten liking Pun, but then I think a lot of us expected what I just said... Basically it happened exactly like this, but everything changed in three episodes... Maybe it should lasts longer... Now Moth is compeletelly down bad and Dean also catches feelings and idk I think it's too soon... I wanted more tension, more hate/love flirting, more of Moth enjoying that he can be with someone without actually being with someone... I like it. But I like what I expected more...
