Truly, really very rare to meet genuine, authentic, real people on the internet. I also recently joined MDL because I wanted to catalogue what I see. Yeah, if a person trolled you and blocked you because you said something against a movie/tv-series they liked, the problem is in them not yours. I would even go as far to say that these people learned nothing from watching Tangerine. They watch it only because it gives them bragging rights.

I dont know your circumstances, and I dont know what you have been through. But I truly think the best way to live your life is to make as many people happy as possible. Be such a person that when other people come close to you, they immediately feel loved and safe. I am not saying you are wrong, I am saying "self-discovery" and discovering our true self comes automatically when you love others. This series taught us that only, and I think that is very beautiful. Anyways of course you have your own perspective and takeaway which I will respect!

When someone asks me what are some of best tvseries/stories/movies you have ever watched, I will tell, without hesitation, in this order: "When life gives you tangerine, AOT, Breaking bad...". It is that good. I spent 16 hours watching it, but it felt like I lived an entire lifetime through the characters.
