I'll do some checking, but it's possible that Teepor's birthday might be mixed up as 09/05/1997 instead of 05/09/1997. If that turns out to be true, we have all been sending him birthday greetings four months late. π€¦π½ββοΈπ€¦π½
On my fifth rewatch, It's just as good and exciting as it was when I first saw itππ
I'm on my 3rd rewatch, and there are so many subtle details that make sense after seeing all 8 episodes. π³
Those include the wide-screens in the gaming world and the full screens in the real world, in all of the glitches and errors triggered by Myung Ha's refusals to accept love and in the rejections he has lived through. . .and for how long it took me to realize that the mission to make someone happy was not just for Yeo Woon. π
In the early episodes, I also didn't catch on right away that a great deal of the admiration and connections that so many of us are getting from this specific series have come from seeing our own selves in it, too. πͺ
This series hits differently for every viewer who has self-esteem issues, a history of depression, rejection, and relationship traumas. ππ€ In many of these scenes, it wasn't just about a gaming mission that turned into a love story. . .it was also a warm blanket and affirmation that we are on our own missions, too.
It won't be long for me before a 4th rewatch is in order with this series. π₯°
I have a few questions... So his life is forever a video game now? Yeowoon now knows it's a video game?
From what I'm guessing (and the other interpretations of others who watched Episode #8), the ending scenes are either in the afterlife or a parallel universe. ππ½πͺππ½ββοΈ For the whole series, Myung Ha's scenes at age 29 were in the real world or the afterlife (after the drowning), and we see it in full-screen.
All of the scenes in the gaming world were done in wide-screen, to tell them apart.
When Myung Ha and Yeo Woon met up at the end of the countdown on the beach in Episode #8 and joined hands. . .the picture suddenly changed from wide to full screen for them and their happy ending. ποΈποΈ
Wanting a happy ending for them in the worst way, I'm hoping that our ending has them in a real world. . .where everyone is real and not just created characters, as a reward for Myung Ha finally accepting the love of others.
This link here is from one of our friends who gave it even more thought than I did : π
Two episodes to go. . . π¬ I'm loving all of this, even with 'system errors' getting in the way. π It has been 100% comfort food watching Yeo-Woon's personality progress where he is smiling so much now. π₯°ππ₯°
Another viewer here in the comments made the observation that Cha Joo Wan in his acting ability has the saddest eyes when he's unhappy and absolutely beaming eyes when he's happy. . .and they are 100% right. π This character is non-stop fun to watch. π
I'm on board with others who wish this series was much more than just 8 episodes, because I get the same warm and fluffy vibes from this series that I had with 'Our Dating Sim'. π¨π½βπ»π¨π½βπ»
With that, I'm a bit more confident about a happy ending. The production team has put way too much 'Adorable' in this show to just throw us under a bus at the end. π€ Thankfully, we won't have to wait another 7 days to see how it all turns out. π

Grrrrr. . .π¬
I was hoping not to have to put the 'Starlympics' on my wish list alongside shows like 'Force-Book Show Real' and 'Off-Gun Mommy Taste'. Being outside of Thailand makes it a real chore to find episodes of any of these. π΅π«π΅
I want to see at the very least Khaotung & First falling over each other on the court, and Jimmy and Sea both wearing the 'Day' headband. . . π

I'm actually looking forward to seeing the Starlympics after getting previews with all of the pictures posted from it over the last two months. . .π₯°
. . .but I'm guessing that it isn't going to be on an international viewing platform?. . .π«€
This was truly a great viewing experience for me and will continue to be through numerous re-watches. π Despite my minor cringes and gripes with the way the timeline was put into play at the end. . .this was still a solid 12 episodes of quality storytelling, acting and production. π₯°
That includes the finale, even though I would rather have stayed in my comfort zone getting from Point A to Point B for the ending. For episode #12, I haven't decided what I enjoyed more. . . . . .seeing Day and Mhok play off of each other throughout the whole episode. . .ππ . . .or seeing Aof finally make a cameo appearance at the bottom of the escalator. . .π²π½ I was on the look-out for a cameo for 12 episodes and he kept us guessing until the last episode. π€£
We still haven't seen the end of this saga, though. . . Even after the latest round of fan service and appearances, more interviews and more vlogs. . .Aof, Jimmy and Sea are all still going to need to have their suits cleaned and pressed for the awards shows that are going to feature this series at the end of the year. πππ
For everything that this show gave us over the past 12 weeks, I can easily see this series taking home half of the big awards for 2024. If P'Aof is indeed taking a break from directing for a while to relax a bit, then this was certainly the example to leave with us until the next project later on.
Everyone involved with this project did a phenomenal job with everything. π€
I'm looking forward to the finale, thankfully because I trust P'Aof to get us through it safely. π
Even after Episode #11, we have to reconcile that Day is still spontaneous with his actions, and Mhok is still all green flags by always yielding to what makes Day happy. Having the big "How I Still Feel About Losing My Big Sister' talk would have helped Episode #11, but we'll move forward without it.
This will all make perfect sense on Friday, and we might all end up on a rooftop again, too. π
We made it through 2023 with amnesia, office workers, more amnesia, a cactus in the washing machine, sponge baths,…
I was wrong about the cactus in the washing machine, though. π΅ That one actually got us through 2022. I had forgotten how long it has been since we wrapped up 'Ai Long Nhai'. π
Imma gonna be patient with this one for a few more episodes to see if the characters and story can come to life here. π¬ 9 out of 10 times. . .the hiccups get laid at the feet of the actors and not the script or production, so I'm going to try to support the new actors as much as possible. π¦π½π¦π½π¦π½
We've encountered no wigs or acapella singing yet. . .or squeaky toy sound effects. . .π§π½πΆπ€‘
With the rough start here, I had to draw back on my viewing experience that a LOT of people had dropped 'Be My Favorite' after the first episode because it was another time-travel adventure, and Kawi's character was so repellent and snarky at the beginning that no one wanted to venture further. β οΈ That one set a record for binge-watching by Episode #8. . .π€£π€£
I almost didn't even start watching 'Our Dining Table' because I thought it was about a college guy falling for an older man and his young son. I'm on my 4th rewatch of that one already. π Five, if you include the scenes with Tane and the plushies. π―ππ¦πΈ
I also had to keep in mind. . .with other newbie actors. . .that when 'I Will Knock You' came out, Bom was in his very first series after doing only commercials, and that worked out great. . .especially after a few more episodes when Thi's character wasn't a constant nervous wreck. π¨π₯
Gemini & Fourth, too. π¨π½π¦π½ Before 'My School President', they were in just two short scenes of 'Bad Buddy', and I almost didn't notice them at all in it. πΈ All they needed after that was a starring role, a series with P'Aof, and now they are heading for a remake of 'Kieta Hatsukoi'. π€£
The acting in this first episode does need some work, though. π«€ But, I'd rather support the new actors in case one of them is headed for better things. I survived a full watch of '2 Moons : The Ambassador' despite it being another product of Motive Village, and I made it through 'Dinosaur Love' because I knew the actors were 10X better than the script. π¬
'Crazy Handsome Rich'. . . .I don't really know how I made it through that one. . . π³ Probably because it was an intentional parody like 'That's My Candy' was, but it fell just as flat with the viewers. π€ͺ
We'll survive this one, too. . .especially if the story moves upwards. π We made it through 2023 with amnesia, office workers, more amnesia, a cactus in the washing machine, sponge baths, 15 different methods of time travel, and eight different families of gangsters. π¨π€£π¬ We can do this for at least a few more episodes. . .now that most of the 'manager cat-fighting' has already run its course. ππ½ππ½
I'm cooked at the end of this one. . .π . . .just like I've been for the eight episodes before it. . .π₯Ίπ’
. . .and I'll probably rewatch the whole experience again yet tonight. . .especially that last scene. . . This story has been all up and up and up without a single filler scene to get in its way.
Jimmy and Sea have really put their hearts into this series. π₯° Meanwhile, we don't get ours back until the end of Episode #12. π«
I'm wondering if. . .during post-production and editing. . .P'Aof took a step back and realized that this project is his very best work so far. π₯π¬
It might get him mentally prepared for all of the awards this series is going to win later this year. π .
