Eight episodes and this series has not stopped the feels once during the entire run. π₯° Almost every show demotes itself a bit with a filler episode or two, but not here. All green flags and 'In P'Aof We Trust'. π
The quality level was consistently this high with 'Moonlight Chicken', and with 'Be My Favorite', and I assumed it was going to be a long time before I saw that again. . . .and then came along Jimmy and Sea and all of P'Aof's team. . . π
GMMTV has really moved a lot a chess pieces around the board in 2023. Chimon gave quite the character portrayal in 'Home School' and Gawin did the same with 'Be My Favorite'. . .and now Sea has raised the bar with what he is doing here. π ππ
I knew that the beach scene and the reception scene were going to leave me SHOOKETH before the end of the hour, but I also had to make a note of the number of times we saw Mhok in 'Full Caregiver Mode' in Episode #8 alone. π
It seemed like every time Mhok looked over at Day, he was closely reading how Day was feeling, needing intervention, or needing encouragement. π¨π½ππ¦π½ Between the Doctor, Mom, Night, and Mhok in the doctor's office, Mhok was the one who genuinely looked the most affected about the updates. π₯Ί
Day needs to keep this one and taze anyone who gets near Mhok. π₯π¬π₯
Thank you to whomever made sure we got Episode #8 on December 29th. π With several of the other shows taking a break for the holidays. . .I would not have made it two weeks without this one. π¨
and there's also an avocado (Jimmy likes it) bookmark cause he brought the book back home to read b4 reading to…
I was wondering about the avocado and where that fit in. π€£ The goldfish is what he has read to Day. . . . . .and the avocado is how far ahead Mhok has read further. . .
I had gone this far into the series before I even noticed that Mhok has a goldfish bookmarker in the 'Last Twilight' book he is reading to Day. π¦
P'Aof has got small details in every one of these scenes to keep us on guard. π€£ . . .but. . .I haven't noticed him drift in and out of a scene in a cameo yet, though. . .
P'Aof and his team are on quite a roll with this 7th episode. π₯° 7 episodes. . .and at least 7 big scenes that knocked me out of my train of thought for half of the day. π The last five minutes of this one (at the marathon track) have been worth a rewatch a dozen times already. π¨π½βπ»π¨π½βπ»π¨π½βπ»π¨π½βπ»π¨π½βπ»
Jimmy and Sea are doing next-level acting with this series, too. π . . .all green flags and absolutely nothing that has seemed rushed or not thought out from every angle. . . Me thinks that P'Aof, Jimmy and Sea are all going to be featured guests at the awards ceremonies in 2024 for this one. π
Namtan has got one of the best female roles that I've seen with 300 of these BLs to choose from. π While she is acting her butt off here, too, I'm quickly forgetting that in her next series role (in 'Pluto'). . .she is going to be playing a caretaker for a blind woman. π³ππ
. . .and Film is playing the blind woman. . . π³π€£

I love every time that you give us these updates, and behind the scenes stuff, and interviews. ππ₯° You are our BL Guardian Angel. π
I knew Episode #6 was going to be great, and I was still overwhelmed and astonished. π₯° I'll end up watching this episode all over again before the end of the day.
P'Aof is now 6 : 6 with episodes leaving us SHOOKETH. π¨ He got me with the rooftop scene in 'Our Skyy 2 - 1000 Stars'. . .and he got me again with this one. π₯Ίπ’π
I can vouch that this is one of the very few series where the full hour goes by far too quickly, and I have yet to see a single scene that I've wanted to run through at 1.5X speed. The quality of the acting and the production in this one really is that good. π
Jimmy and Sea really signed on to a big career boost this year by making this work, too. This ride we're on has been all green flags and zero disappointments. π Once I'm emotionally attached to these characters, I'm hooked until February.
P'Aof and his team owe me a Gatorade after this episode, though. π₯€ I was dehydrated by the time we got to the rooftop scene. Somewhere right now, he is probably watching reaction videos of tonight's show and knows exactly where he got all of us again. βπ½π
When we do get to the episode where Mhok confides to Day everything that he went through in the past year without his sister. . .I'm going to need a full hour in the Safe Room. π«π
In the meantime, I'll count down the 6 days and 12 hours until Episode #7.
This episode #11 was the one I have waited for all through November until now. π₯°
The time travel dynamics seem to have been left open-ended a bit so we can enjoy the results more than the way we got there. . .but I am trying to sort out one aspect of it. π€
By nature, people will often see things as they wish to see them, and I might be one of them. π
After what I saw in #11, I'm very happy with what looks like the makings of older Ongsa and Suansoon reuniting in the movie theater. . .not after being separated for 10 years, but a few weeks instead.
Suansoon arrived back to 2018 in a taxicab and Ongsa found himself back in 2018 rather suddenly, too. . .and are newcomers to the car accident-free version of their new world. ππ½πͺππ½ββοΈ If that turns out to be the case, neither of them has had to endure the 10 years without each other.
Thrown into that. . .it doesn't explain if our latest Suansoon is the one who dictated the letter in the notebook, or the one who returned in the taxicab. π He has all of the memories of the courtship, though, so the empty and lonely 10 years seem to be wiped out from this Suansoon or 'Suansoon 2.0'. π¨π½π¨π½
Also not explained is what became of our "Widower and Prophet" version of older Ongsa from a few episodes ago, or how our old friend in the DVD store figures into the happy reunion, but these things might all be details that New is leaving to us to draw our own conclusions.
The scene in the movie theater was worth its weight in gold and made the journey worth it after watching the sacrifice and heartbreak of our two soulmates. π
This was a great episode and I'm hooked for the duration until February. π Off & Gun are masters at projecting the non-verbal cues with their expressions in these scenes, too. πππ§
For someone who isn't crazy about taro or duck or veggies, $6000US is a lot to pay to learn how to cook all of them. . .so I'm still laughing about that. π¨π½βπ³
I'm wondering if my next laugh is next week at the classy restaurant. π½οΈπ₯πΎ I want to see what is on the back of that denim jacket that Prem was given at the last minute. π§₯ I feel like we're being set up for a surprise with it. π€£
My favorite bit in all of this had to be the scene where Achi was on the computer reading a Wikipedia link for the Japanese 'Cherry Magic' series, to see what happens at the age of 30. π€£π€£
Aof got me again with the ending scene in episode #4. π₯Ί That makes 4 out of 4 episodes that he has given us a touching scene that has left me SHOOKETH. π I'm wondering now where he's going to put the next one in episode #5. π
I'm liking the show a lot. . .and I'm really liking the numbered shirts. ππ₯Όπ₯Όπ₯Όπ₯Όπ
It took me a while to catch on that the numbers for Phaya, Tharn, Khem and Thongthai ('126', '510', '128' and '257') are all the real-life birthdays of all four actors. π
I can see how a percentage of the viewers are impatient with the pace of things and the story as it's being played out. However, all of us who watched 'Be My Favorite' will admit that it will be difficult to equal or surpass the way that series did a great job of doing a time-travel theme and not making it a confusing mess. π¬
This series has actually done well with all it and has been one of the better shows to see this year. π₯° As soon as it was clear that we have Ongsa and Suansoon sacrificing each other's happiness for the safety of the other. . .we were going to get heartbreak and tears, so this story has a fair claim to all of that. π₯Ί For what these two characters have on their plates, the crying in this one isn't excessive.
What we've experienced in the recent episodes also makes us anticipate a happier ending in a few weeks, and the heartache allows us to see the wide range of acting skills from everyone.
I keep looking forward to the next episodes, even if a lot of the pieces are still missing to bring us full circle to Episode #12. π One of the bigger reasons is the rare relationship between Suansoon and Ongsa in every timeline. I've seen very few shows that have given us an unconditional love like these two have. π
The usual task at hand with a new series has been to wait eight episodes for a confession and a hug, and this one hasn't wasted any time to assure us that these two are perfectly suited for each other.
To sort out the damage control, I'm going to be eager over the next two weeks to see how they move us through the new 2018 timeline, if the CGI butterfly makes another appearance, and how our old friend in the DVD shop fits into the bigger picture. π€ I would also love to see everyone's memories of all of this still intact at the very end, too. π
I am on P'Aof's watch since ep1. This episode is such a good episode for him to show up but he didn't...(possible…
I'm watching, too. π«‘ He's already given us the 'guy behind the counter' and the 'waiter at the table'. . .so I'm now on the look-out for either a delivery guy or a referral doctor in this series. π€£π€£
Young Ongsa has definitely heard and seen some things. . .so it was fun to watch him move forward with 100% confidence with young Suansoon. ππ¦ Ongsa already knows which buttons to push to win him over. π

After 5 episodes, the quality of this series has not stopped to catch its breath once. π₯°
Aof got me again with the ending scene in episode #4. π₯Ί
