I'd like to add as a person who has cerebral palsy. The risks of oxygen loss causing the baby to have c.p. increase also. Just that alone I'd reduce the 50/50 to at least 70/30

She was 32 weeks along when she jumped into the river. Not only would she have to survive that but also give birth. Before the attempt to kill herself there's a 50/50 chance of the baby coming out unharmed. I could see her being able to walk away from that, but the babies chances were affected as soon as she hit the water and struggled to breathe. lets say at that point ohm had 2 and a half years left.

If Mark is his baby and was born on or around that day he'd be 2 and a half adding in at least six months for the job search. I think that this is generous considering that even with jay on him like a hawk he was able to keep his current place and get a job without having to move in with his in law. That would make him 3 years old. Let's say that Mr can't keep it in his pants moved slow and meeting to engagement took six months he'd be 3 and a half maybe four.

How does he think that mark may be his son? I'm literally confused if ohm was only in jail for three years... how can he even think that?

I mean really! I'd have known her loudest sneeze if it was important enough. Plus wouldn't it be par for the course considering that she was hired by the company? Plus why does all the drama have to be on Jay's birthday? Poor girl!
