But the juxtaposition of going all manual, such as on tinkering with electronic equipment, maintains the experience…
Trueee, I couldn't agree more!!
That's exactly what I thought while watching. Then again, I think it's quite common in parts of East Asia—especially countries like Japan, China, and South Korea. They seem to focus more on using AI to make everyday life easier. It feels more like AI is there to assist people with mundane tasks rather than replace them entirely.
I feel like that approach could create more room for human growth and creativity instead of trying to replace people altogether. I really can't say the same for the western world.
Don't get me wrong, the Western world does this too in some ways, but it sometimes feels like the conversation is more focused on the bigger picture of automation and replacing jobs rather than on the smaller day-to-day improvements that can genuinely help people.
Here in our part of the world (Africa west Africa to be specific) I think we're making progress too, but access is still a major challenge. Many useful AI tools are either unavailable or expensive enough that a lot of people can't take full advantage of them without spending a fortune.

When is this story actually going to move forward or go somewhere different? I’m tired of this cliché, conventional…
There is no reason why you should be questioning when it will go forward when you're obviously behind, because if you are up to date in the drama and have reached where they are currently I don't think you would have the same opinion. So just endure a bit babes and watch further 😂
