Xingxu's CEO energy is a new high and yuxiao's cuteness and feminine energy is unmatched. The cinematography is peak. The amount of screenshots I converted to wallpaper is unmatched. Aagh I wish I could erase my memory and watch it all over again for the first time. regardless I'm going on a re run đđ

Also now that your pea-sized brain has finally formed a take, youâve decided Iâm the spokesperson for every unethical trope ever written? Babe, please.
And if your brain thinks that double standard is fine, God help us when you start analyzing the misogyny K-dramas have been bathing in for decades. You want a list? Honey, I could give you a library.
So before you talk like I was front row cheering unethical romances, ask yourself: Are you upset about the trope or just mad someone finally called out your convenient morality?

Oh wowâwhere exactly did I say I was cheering for doctor-patient romance in the listed dramas? Did I wave pom-poms and yell "Go violate professional boundaries!"? No? Then why are you talking like I was the director, screenwriter, and fan club president of these dramas?
What exactly are you getting at by commenting this? Want me to do whatâapologize for pointing out a double standard? Crawl into a corner because I pointed out the ethical violation ?
Letâs be clear: youâre coming at me as if I frontlined these shows with a stethoscope and a love letter and now that it's my fault that the kdrama and cdrama industry has ended up as such.
Also, donât bring that xenophobic energy in here. Iâm not from the West, I donât pretend to be, and assuming I am just because I criticized something? Thatâs lazy and offensive.
I haven't watched this yet but unless he's a therapist why would a doctor-patient relationship matter? I'm confused.…
also i never mentioned dating is violating the code of conduct but it's being interested in your patient when you are strangers and continue to treat them and later date them. I hope you get it.

Hereâs my take on it: treating a family member is different because the emotional connection already existsâitâs love-driven, and concerns about judgment usually arise only in emergencies or life-threatening situations.
But in this drama, the female lead is a complete stranger to the physician. Even as a patient myself, I wouldnât be comfortable knowing the doctor treating me had any romantic interest in me. Regardless of how minor the ailment is, physical examinations require a certain level of emotional neutrality and professional distance. When feelings get involved, that boundary gets blurred.
Honestly, it would feel uncomfortableâcreepy, evenâknowing a stranger who has to examine me is also romantically inclined toward me. Itâs not about the depth of the examination, itâs about respect and safety.
The drama being fictional so many might not take this to heart but as a personal being it's difficult for me digest it I hope you understand my pov.
also I hope you understand I'm not calling the ml creepy or something but that this discussion has shifted completely on how the doc patient relationship works.
she's not exactly a patient because his actual job is Cancer-patient related. he only do part-time every saturday…
also persay he examined her in the first ep and gave her a prescription so he did act as her physician, if the dynamic changes in further episodes, I'm not that well educated on that. I just feel difficult to move forward. If a change does occur let me know and I'm ready to give it an another shot.

Hmm your feelings are validated it's just that I can't look past such things as ethical code of conduct in me hampers me don't hate the drama or something it's lovely it's just something I'm not personally comfortable with.

Actually as someone from medical field we are advised strictly against such relationship as it hampers any kind of treatment be it therapy related or not. it's not wrong to fall in love it's just that in such cases we are advised to shift the patient care. It's not about how it matters but having feelings for a patient be it for a minor ailment is utmost wrong as when a patient comes to doctor they put their utmost trust in a physician and in return we must treat them with utmost empathy and respect their bodies.
this doctor patient relationship is bothering me. The ML abusing his doctor role to flirt with the FL is highly…
Same dude same. The doctor patient relationship is so wrong. He could have changed being incharge of her if he liked her. This is so against the code of ethical conduct doctors are taught. I so validate you.
Nope, their is no plotline regarding their first heavenly life in the drama.
yeah...even I wanted the emperor arc and the chapter of them facing their tribulations had so funny banter with the immortals....but I'm kinda happy with the ending in the drama...3 kids...hehe ..
