My theory of Deok-Hui (Ok-Hui’s brother) being the serial killer:So as we all know he is the only person Ye…
What's his height? The killer is supposed to be about SW's height and have a similar silhouette (they have reinforced this in the latest episodes) to his (if the killer truly is the 3rd psychic). And about the Shaman, the killer looks too athletic to be him.
I doubt SW is dead. Also, FL is dumb, but SW is dumb as fuck as well (if he's not the killer). This is upsetting me and I think is diminishing this show's merits. Why make them so dumb? And there's still no explanation for the blood in SW's hand from when ML bumped into him. I'm completely lost.
I feel like Jeon Gye Do (cha tae hyun's character) seem to have the weakest superpower at the moment . He seems…
Why would they be stronger than their kids? Hee So has the same power as her father and Bong Seok has the same powers as his parents. Shouldn't they be the most powerful ones? Obviously their powers might be weaker, even though they're the same, but I'm not sure this is the case
This probably should have romance as one of the genres. Literally every arc so far involved romance and in the last arc JJW even says the action movies are about romance (same case here lol)
This was never a romance done right. This was never a "slow burner". ML and FL liked each other simply because of fated elements (blood scent, her opening the coffin, him having a naturalistic urge to save her, him seeing himself in her eyes etc.), like I have said before. Nothing was natural about their relationshionship. The fact that someone literally identical to his past lover shows right before his eyes and he is not conflicted at all about her and the new girl shows how shallow the romance in this series is. They had the chance to make a good love triangle/square for once and they did not. They simply made the SLs unbearable and ruined a good premise. The fact that FL is the reincarnation of his past lover and SFL is simply a random doppelganger just goes to show how bad the romance and the writing in this series was and gives even more reason for me to think I was right all along. Well, regardless of my opinions, people would like this show and the romance if the screenwriters didn't make the SLs super annoying, so that makes the trainwreck that this is even funnier IMO
Who would've guessed that the writing in this series was going to be trash, huh? Instead of writing a compelling romance it's easier to introduce SLs just to make them unbearable, I guess ;)
i remember how everyone (not me) shipped sml and fl and ml and sfl but look at what happened now.. this is why…
Almost nobody shipped the leads with the second leads. At best, a handful of people said they could see SML with FL and that only lasted for 2 or 3 episodes. Almost no one even thought about SFL ending with ML. Anyway, the writing (romance and otherwise) in this series is pathetic, as the last episodes show.
Completely agree! And of course there is more! like that the people up there would die if the host dies, but in…
Yea, the strikes thing was ridiculous! Great catch lmao The corruption is also badly written, like you say. Mo Tak's gf says they're all corrupt, but the moment there's proof against the Chief they suddenly are all okay arresting him and shit? No way! Also, like you also noted, they revealed a terrible polluting scheme and the politicians just had to talk about a single serial killer on the loose and suddenly absolutely everything is forgotten? You are absolutely right about the confession thing as well. Anyway, even with all these problems, I agree with you, the show is still easy to watch and decent (not sure I would say very good, though!) overall... I guess because the acting is good, the action choreographies are amazing and the premise about spirit hunters and Yung is interesting.
Wi-Gen gets out of Mun for stupid reasons, Mun discovers how to conjure up the territory just when he needs, Ji Chung Shin enter the territory when it's completely convenient, bullshit video of Mayor killing the girl, villains don't look for the dead bodies of the protagonists, Mo Tak's girl dies simply because they had no idea how to make the relationship between a hunter and a regular human being work (it was so obvious she was going to die right after they agreed to meet). Certainly there are more stuff as well, these are just the ones I remember. Definitely bad writing overall. First half was a lot less shaky (apart from they being able to disable cameras because... well, plot reasons).
Most of the acting is good and the action scenes are pretty damn well made. And Sejeong, my biggest crush, is in it. But I feel the story is not that good and the world building is also lacking.
