I love Fort Peat in this. Both of them showed some fantastic acting, you can see the improvement from LITA. It was a realistic show in terms of attraction and NC scenes at the start and the building of their relationship from then on and working out their dynamic. You can see the chemistry between them and those scenes cannot have been easy to film - it shows the real trust between them! The setting on the island was beautiful.
I was so impressed with Fort and Peats acting. The emotion the Fort showed when he had to act vulnerable or cry was very moving (it was hard not to cry with him). Peat did very well showing his desire - both the physical desire to be with Mahasamut and his emotional want for connection that he is too afraid to be vulnerable too.
There unfortunately were some cons: - The last episode was good in terms of the conflict and resolution but the overall ending seemed a bit lackluster. - The secondary relationship wasnt resolved (even if it is addressed in the special episode, it should have been concluded in the main eps). - The secondary relationship storyline was boring. I generally prefer when that it the couple that you are routing for more. It would have filled out the series a lot better if the viewers were invested in them - this created the lull in the overall storyline in the city and would have been a nice balance against the trauma scenes. - The storyline was too similar to LITA in terms of the trauma that Peat had to portray. He did well again but it would be nice to see them both in a different setting. - The "evil" cousin stroyline was put to bed too quickly. - The show did loose a bit of its rhythm when it was set in the city. The relationship that was built on the island changed and the introduction of more of the trauma storyline and the secondary characters, really didnt add to it.
However, did I still watch each episode twice each week when it came out and have I already rewatched the full series again (skipping Vie and Mooks bits) = absolutely. The writing and production could have been better but overall it was good. I really look forward to seeing Fort and Peat in a new show - they have so much potential!

I was exactly the same, this was my first BL but I watched it through incomplete streams as i didnt know where to watch them then and stopped about 4 / 5 episodes in. After a year of Thai, Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese bls, I said i would watch it again (to be fair, a lot of credit goes to Fort Peat for LoveSea) and this show is actually amazing! The depth of the characters and storyline and even the cinematography make this BL stand out from the norm. I never got to the second storyline of Pai and Sky so i am so glad that i rewatched it now, some of the best acting that i have seen to date in a thai BL.
What's with all these 20/30mn dramas... Can't we get 60mn dramas for once?
the shows dont have the budget yet for longer shows, that's why its so important that fans watch shows on official sites and avoid illegally streaming them so they get the credit/money from the popularity. You can see the way that thai BLs are now offering full 40 / 60 minute, full season because of their success.
