On Go Away Mr. Tumor! Apr 15, 2018
This was a brilliant movie! It was funny, smart and touching and beautifully sad. I loved the beautiful friendship the female lead shared with her close friends who loved and understood her no matter what. What made this movie so special is Xiong Dun's bright and cheerful outlook on life even in the most dire of circumstances. Her eccentric ways and overactive imagination just made her more endearing. I highly rate this movie.

Happy ending?
It is implied that the curse that made him immortal could be broken if he parted Hae Ra. However, they chose to stay together. I am guessing that when they eventually parted through her death, his ageing would begin again. Allowing him to die one day and eventually for them to be reborn and meet again this time without a curse.

Writers don't need to redeem. themselves. It's up to you if you like it or not. And season 2 would be pointless…
I was speaking rhetorically and did not seriously expect a season 2. The redeeming I referred to by the writers was in my own eyes, as I had enjoyed the drama up until that point. To me, the ending felt a little rushed, But hey, that's just my opinion.

Well, that was 20 wasted hours. I blame the writers for my dislike. They had a great cast and there were all sorts…
I totally agree and was only just speaking of this with someone earlier today, I find it annoying when an arc from earlier in the series is just left without any clear ending. The whole storyline around the ex was meaningless.

ok. Let's just say there better be a season 2 where the writers redeem themselves by giving a decent ending because this one really sucked. Yeah, I get it that not every drama has a happy ending. But seriously... The female lead suffered in both her lives for what? Her happiness was still a bitter one. Every episode I cringed and yelled at the screen over Sharon and her evilness and still I watched because I wanted to see Hae Ra get her happy ending. Well that did not happen. I know it is implied that both will be reborn and they will find each other again. But that is pretty weak and rushed if you ask me. If they flashed a scene of it happening I would be at least a little bit satisfied. But they way it left ....just no. Very disappointing.

I disagree. I think the female lead gives off a mature, cool and collected vibe. When the bullies messed with her brother in the lunchroom she showed us there is a quiet storm brewing under that calm exterior.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching this mini drama. It made me smile and cry and the twists and turns made it a wonderful ride. I loved the beautiful friendship between the 5 main characters and felt their struggles were realistic. I was happy with the ending even though it was bittersweet. In my opinion, that just makes it all the more believable.

I cannot believe I am so in love with this drama after only a few episodes! Tbh I was hooked from the start. I love the chemistry of the leads even though they are both so slow to realize it. I also think Moo Bin's character is just too cute! <3

I love dramas that have a strong women as the lead. Choi Ae Ra is so cool. I can't wait to see the development between her character and Ko Dong Man. I sense a match made in heaven.

On Hapimari: Happy Marriage!? Apr 28, 2017
Firstly I must say I am a fan of the manga and although this was a dumbed down version of what happened it was still an enjoyable watch. I wasn't happy with the way her father was portrayed as a happy but hopeless fool. He was a selfish jerk who caused a lot of trouble and pain for his daughter.
