Is it just me,or the show always cuts off important scene without having proper closure and move on as if nothing happened? Like the aftermath when they visited Jun Ho’s sister.I have high hope for the show, but it seems like it’s moving downhill.
Jandi’s shoulder injury prevent her from swimming, but temporary blindness, feels like a lot serious right? Looking back at ep 10 it make sense she goes blind goes she hit her head banging that pipe 😭
I’m so excited for Ep11, I hope the director doesn’t change much from what previous version. As much as I’m excited to see Thyme run for his life to save Gorya, I really want to see Gorya’s reaction to when she realises that Talay has been orchestrating this whole event, from the start that she met him to the point he pretended to have her back against her bullies. None of the FL in other version have suffered physically as much as Gorya, while Talay stood there and watching. She put so much trust on him , so much!. Talay genuinely see her as a pawn by the look of it in the trailer. In other version, Talay’s character equivalent actually likes the FL. if this doesn’t break her, I don’t know what will. I remember feeling sorry to Will Ferrell’s character in the Shrink Next Door. He genuinely thought that Paul Rudds character is the only who wants to see him flourish so he shut down everyone around him, the sister, workers at the factories (who yes, have been using his condition to their advantage but mean no bad harm to him) only to find out otherwise. Gorya probably will learn a lesson or two here.
Omg, you have wrote what I have been thinking. Yes, she is nice but she is as calculative as the next rich kid.…
Talking about her being handsy, notice that during all the time Thyme spent with Gorya, he was never handsy with her. Because he respect her space. It kinda annoyed me. Can we agree it’s wrong for both sexes if the other party is unwilling to be handsy? I feel like the school kiss it’s just her way to be territorial . I quite like that in this version , there’s a limited interaction between them in this version .
Lita isnt like gorya. If u see lita isnt really kind to everyone. She is also stubborn. Remember how she broke…
Omg, you have wrote what I have been thinking. Yes, she is nice but she is as calculative as the next rich kid. She might look like she don’t care, but she is aware that the dad wanted to do politics and what she has to do to help him. I’ve been thinking about the scene where she barge in Thyme’s room, she can do that because she knows she hold some status, not it’s because she is free spirited or brave like Gorya. Like what Kavin have mentioned, there Lita and Gorya hold quite a similar traits , but maybe just on the surface. Lita just like F4 has this “I deserved this thing” kind of attitude, while Gorya need to rethink whether she deserve or worthy of any thing she received .it all due to their social status. And… yes I think she knows about Gorya and Thyme. The cookies is soooo shady.
I think deep down Gorya wanted to see if she makes thyme see that Lita is a better partner, what would happened? She must be distraught to see that it turns out (even just on the surface), he moved on quite well. I’m not invalidating thymes’s effort, but in their relationship she has the short end of the stick.
Yeah she knows.... the fact that she baked cookies for Thyme like Gorya did, she knows about their relationship
Right? She also saw what happened in the parking lot. Yes she is working hard to Thyme can like her too. Acceptable if she don’t have any relationship with Gorya. But now she pretend to be bff to Gorya while making advantage of the situation.
I think Talay deliberately said something to Thyme about Gorya that makes Thyme angry and hits Talay. So it seems…
But from the clip I saw he calls her ‘easy’. It is true that maybe Talay provoke him, but he still don’t know how to react when it comes to Gorya. The fact that he followed them into the parking lot sort of bad. He could have asked her quietly maybe at her house right?
I think all this time, Lita knows that Thyme and Gorya are thing. I mean who needs enemies when you have close friends like this ready to stab you in the back.
The one thing I think this version has done right is the how Gorya and Ren relationship pans out. We’re almost at 10th ep marked, and so far after Ren found out that Gorya like thyme, his interaction with Gorya is somewhat minimise. I always feel that the closeness of Jandi/Sanchai to Jihoo/HuaZelei is not normal 🤣, it probably due the amount screen time agreed for the actors but still, why is she so close to them. The Thai version also showed that sometimes Gorya forgot that Ren is also rich, maybe not as much as Thyme but not from her circle when he mentioned to her that he owns a yacht. I like that the story of her and Talay continues ,because they are in a similar boat.Despite of what we know is coming, I think she find solace and sense of comradery with him, and Lita mistakenly taken Talay as her boyfriend not Ren.
One of the funniest reaction I’ve seen during the scene where Lita is telling Gorya she might have fallen for…
I think you have a point here. In other version, they somewhat knows the ML likes FL so I was wondering whether we will have the same case in this version. It is true that Thyme’s mom had the tweets deleted but before that someone must have seen it.we know that what have been put online never really disappear. And it looks like she is active on Twitter , so yeah I think it is logic she knows but choose to ignore.someone on YouTube commented on the Koreans version, who need an enemy when you have a friend like this 😅
How would she fit in?? She's poor and those rich people will probably tell her 24/7 that she doesn't belong in…
I like how they do flashback of when Thyme forced Gorya to take the phone to when Lita Wanted do give Gorya the Longchamp bag. She must feel like a charity case. It’s hard fo fit in when you’re not equal.
The arc of "when a reality hits a relationship of two social classes: an ordinary woman and a rich man" in this…
I genuinely just created an account so I can respond to this.! What a heartbreaking story. at first I thought I would hate ep9 but it has been my fav ep to date. I also support Gorya’s decision, at that point I think all she can see of how compatible Lita is with Thyme, and she had nothing to offer. She also juggling a tough life, that’s why I think she never made their relationship official. Poor girl has to take from all side that she is not good enough for thyme . I think in all version, only the Thai one highlighted how tall of a mountain (minus interference of his mother) she needs to climb to be with Thyme. Hats off to the director
