For those who wants to know what happens after the meteor I'll reply below with a spoiler !
Basically the day that the meteor was supposed to hit the Earth, the most powerful nations such as USA or Japan, China etc, united their forces and use many rockets to try and hit the meteor. It worked as the meteor split into tiny pieces and didn't do much damage. A year after this, the world is mourning the people that lost their lives during the week before the "end of the world" including Masumi's mother. Masumi and Ristu are still together. Ritsu asked a few days after the event if Masumi and him can live together again but Masumi didn't feel like it as it's too soon and he's still a bit wary about Ritsu. Ritsu is sad because he already explained that he understood that Masumi was it for him but he's willing to wait until Masumi is ready. In the meantime, he plans to renovate a house in the mountains and isolated, completely by hand and alone to gift to Masumi in a year. So Masumi stops by the house every few weeks to stay with Ritsu and help him build the house, (Ritsu have a yt channel where he post his diy and show his building skils. After a while, Masumi's childhood friend ( the chubby one) contacts again Masumi and they drink and go out a lot together. Ritsu is of course jealous for their closeness , reassure Masumi again that he loves him and Masumi ends up quitting his job earlier than he wanted to live with Ritsu forever. They lived happily ever after. The end of the manga 😁
