How is it laughable?? This drama is giving an insight into how much work it takes for an accurate prediction. Do you even have any idea about how an inaccuracy in prediction can affect so many things ranging from people's daily activities to other important things like the airport flights? And how are the actors holding it up? The writer of the drama basically lived in the real Meteorological Agency for almost 2 years to get all the smallest details.

Song Kang said that he did that hairstyle to look dumb because his character is an intelligent yet quite clumsy and dumb.
