I feel like the chief (mrs.Oh) is from the other world(world A) because they have mentioned that the doctor's mother died in an accident( in world B) who is none other than chief oh( I mean almost everyone is sure that chief is his mom) If the chief is his mom then Doctor B lost his mom(chief B)in an accident whereas the Chief A lost her son(Doctor A) (he is dead but I'm not sure how? I don't think they have mentioned something related to the chief A's son) Its seems like chief A is trying to protect her son (doctor B)whom she couldn't protect in world A but doctor don't like chief (maybe because of his genetic disease)
If my predictions are correct then Oh Mi Sook isn't the chief's real name as she wouldn't have the same identity as a dead person.
I'm actually curious about what happened to seo kyung's mother( is she dead or alive) when seo kyung's stepmother ( world B) died she wore a necklace which is Seo kyung's mother's I couldn't help but notice the initials LHJ written in the necklace, honestly I wouldn't be surprised if the chief(mrs.oh) turns out to be her mother ( in Flashback seo kyung's mother also has short hair just like chief ) moreover the doctor said he killed seo kyung's father because of the melody from the jewel box which is her mom's ( the music might have triggered him to kill cause of his anger towards the mom) another thing I noticed was when he looked at the frame of seo kyung and her father he looks like he was trying to recognize her( maybe he felt familiar with her face)
However I'm suspicious of detective woo as well cause in world A he was a limp but in world B his leg was totally fine which isn't normal as we know both worlds are similar but it depends on the decision the person makes which will lead different paths.
As for Do Won's headache it maybe because of his medicine he used to take in world A ( it can have some side effects when you stop taking the medicine abruptly)
Moreover I think they revealed the culprit too early ( like we still have two episodes) which means there'll be some plot twist(I hope so)
