I always think of this too but the fact that I will get to see CWN abvious jealousy of MR and SM and his loneliness......I just coudnt think to stay away.....LYX is master in playing the pitied role.....makes me want to hug him....

When im reading the novel I always narrate SM as talking in a girly innocent white moonlight type of voice......even his name transulation is comparable to being a girl....the way how hes describe in the novel is basically comparable to a girl.... So a girl he is then...lol....I personally have no problem as this change affect the plot in no way....

Tencent is waiting on the right timing I guess.....Rumors were Winner is King first then Immortality.....but we had the CCP meetings in march so even the BL on Youku had to postponed its airing at that time.....Chen feiyu wierd so called scandal( blown out of context and very ridiculous)....may or may not also add to the delay now.....now the VA director who has being arrested, might affect it one way or another( its China so we never know)..... Or it just can be Tencent just love to troll or asses and want to airdrop it at a time they plan for or think its best.....actually these are all my assumptions so take it with a whole jar of salt please😂😂😂😂.....ohhh add some sugar to the mix too....lol

I was shocked when I saw it.....I was like which China??? I even listened if they had Taiwanese accent because I was baffled, lost and surprise.....These are definately clear BLs and no censorship like to Bromance dramas....How and where will they air them???? But Yet Immortality and others have problem at just Bromance level.....What am I missing???? Im happy for these two cause I like Omegaverse, even though I kinda agree it should stay in writing and manga format...lol.....Which actors will take these????....

I put anime an pause like 3 years ago and got into Kpop, Kdrama, Cpop and Cdrama and all BL stuff.... now Im so stressed, I starting to put all these on pause, except BL novels and Manga😂😂😂... just watching films that I've waited for and what caught my eyes and now going back to Anime...lol

Well if we all paid attention to the leaked images and videos.....many many scenes with Moran and CWN were filmed to be quite close.....but was those scenes allowed to be remain after the new censorship problem.....

I always say I would fly to China immediatly and burn Tencent to the ground if Moran and Shi mei ended up being canon....😂😂😂😂.....no way in hell, censorship or no censorship.....but given that the entire script was leaded online and if thats the end version they are working with....then Tencent won't ever feel my fury to that extent...😂😂😂😂.....

It seems you really havn't reach too far in the novel as Moran won't be stupid for too long....so many chapters will be him and CWN relationship focused very early in given that its 350 chapters.

To this day I have read so many Chinese BL novels and 2ha, the love between Moran and CWN is unmatched. It was beautifully told no matter, how many lifetimes,(like literally😂) and many other problems they had to overcome.....I often time just go back and read those moments, there are various chapters are remember by heart.

For the drama although I'm head over heals for it, however I try to keep my expectations low, yes I want them to surprise us, but just not me expecting anything much just to be dissapointed in the end.....if its what we got like TU level, its fine with me....

All I'm saying they better just get their crap together, and try air HYX as early as possible before something big comes out of nowhere which affects the drama heavily....forever shelving it.

I really understand what you mean, interms of the dept on how HYX is more focus on the relationship between CWN and Moran and other deep Immoral tags, in comparison with TGCF....I would say the same thing....that TGCF....would have a better chance in evading the censors for airing....

But in reality and fact, HYX passed censored after several tries....and Eternal faith havnt as yet as it was one of the last BL that got filmed. From what I can see, censorship in China hardly cares about with BL tags are more offensive to them....Its the genre overall.... So as long as the drama is of BL adaptation, the censors will kick in very strongly.....One tag they pay special attention to is the one that involves school children/ teens.....intimate relationship is frown upon in these early years.....so Bl dramas like Chasing the Light may have a harder time passing censorship even though everything was dumb down to Bromance😒.....but its China, what can I say and expect.

Im seeing some advertisment on real BL coming from China of the A/B/O verse.....so I have no idea whats happening.....I though it was even fake, but the producer has replied and valified its authencity so.....I have no idea what going on really.....probably these are just low level production, of the web drama type....I dont know.....but its real BL....

I'm calling it....the longer Immortality takes to air, the more it will be attacked to delay airing, or just to ruin its chance of broadcast overall.....Immortality is feared by other dramas, actors, producers, directors, fans and others in the industry.....

If this drama could have retained its original edit before new censorship, and promotions similar to TU.....then there would have being no holding this drama and especially the leads to popularity and immense traffic.....you know how many people this irks in the industry????

Even till today attacks are still being done on TU leads who are still on at top for 4 years now to get rid of them and get their resources and spot.....its a cruel world in C-ent....I would have developed anxiety disorder and very withdrawn and careful who I associate with as anyone can be stabbed in the back by another, at anytime, if I was an actor in the industry.....

I pray and hope Immortality airs safely eventually.

Hi there......many like myself have being waiting for three years.....many others more or less......now after such long waiting coming from BL soft ban that was implemented last year it seems these drama are getting the go ahead to air.... some are rumored for next month, Immortality had a good chance to air in that time slot but we dont know if a little set back afected the drama airing which the ML went through recently....We are hearing Winner is King might be next and mabe hopefully Immortality next.....so we are just watching what happens while cloning here on most days...lol....

As I stated both can be true at the same time....CCP is affiliated with NRTA, anything that goes against them which they dont like at the moment will be clamp down on. Didnt you read the new guidelines that the govenment enforced on the entertainment industry and how stars should act, what dramas stars can appear in, what dramas they want mostly to be made, how many times a child can play games for the week, no girly boys, no idol contest shows on the air anymore, no incorrect political stance or obnormal behaviour( homosexuality) will not be guven a stage...etc...etc....etc..... Yes they do have those things you mention in China, gays are also msny in China, but they are not allowed to promote themselves on tv or large media platforms which will no doubt influence the youth as they claimed....just reseach and get in the know....its also reparted from their medias not the western ones so its as clear as day the government stance on these things. If bl dramas have remained in a box and not get any attention CCP wouldnt mind it really...but when things blow up which they dont like...its crackdown time.

What you state is actually quite true also....both can be true at the same time....the fact is that the government is against BL themed dramas and the govermnent has their hand in everything, they even ordered tighter control on the entertainment industry recently, so yes many persons in NRTA is affiliated with CCP. CCP and others have their own nationalistic dramas and actors they want to be popular domestically and internationally, however BL dramas and actors kill that dream of theirs and that pisses them off quite alot.....Yes these dramas are very profitable, however CCP doesnt want anything that the government doesn't backed to be more popular than what they do...hence banned on other genre time and time again after they were getting popular, (palace dramas, ghost/ zombies, bl, etc...) and also there are others who just don't like the attention BL dramas and actors get over their own....hence they will do anything to bring down these dramas and the actors and fans. Its also proves as one can see various attack on actors who were in bl dramas getting heavily smired and downgraded for their works and acting skills, this also goes for other actors who are very popular and have millions of fans as they are deemed not actual actors, just traffic but makes millions.....so the jelousy is there from competitors and plain haters.....look at how they attacked CFY for that so called scandal....Many hopes his career will end as they add many fuel to the fire which wasn't big in the first place....

No matter what novels I'm reading, at the time, my mind always goes back to 2ha....I even follow the breakdown as a guide to just go back to chapters when I want to re-read again and again....However to this day I'm scared of book3....It is so angsty...lol...like Meatbun said, "so who want more angst ?"and a bucket of it was thrown on book3..... Its such a wonderful story, laughed, cried and at times WTFs!!!!.....I will never forget Chu Wanning and Morans story......I really cant wait to see them live on screen......

This basically answer your question if CCP/ NRTA had a hand in blocking BL dramas and also many more insights as what happened or their objective to implement such ban at the time....If Bl dramas could have aired freely in China, after WOH.... we all would have watched Immortality long ago. Even now how things mabe changing a little or relaxation on such bans are happening....These dramas are still threading on a thin line as no promotion, like other dramas are allowed....Not to mention the heavy editing of subtle romance between the leads that was filmed.....in order to pass censorship for broadcasting....even now the Bl drama that was airing on Youku silently had being postponed, because of CCP political meetings in March....and also many other rumors why the drama was postponed were going around.....so can future Bl dramas in China be aired, we'll just have to wait and see....this minute they can get the get go to air and next minute none can't....so.....lets see.....

Omg....please don't remind me about that drama...lol....not even our beloved LYX could save it......I only watch the OST MV as I couldnt take torturing my intelligence and logics any longer😂😂😂.....the only thing good about this drama was LYX and thats it!!!!
