When I mean Im hooked on this drama..I mean Im hooked!!!!... I gotta admit this is the first time Im really taking in a ZLH and TXW drama....I have my other faves in Cdramaland, but also always hear about TXW acting capabilities and ZLH potential and handsomeness...but I wasnt paying them any attention...until now😭😭😭...I literally went into this dramas because the teasers and synopsis seems interesting and...OMG....everything is so good😭😭😭😭

ZLH is so fine and his acting fits so well with this character, for me this is his best look so far in a costume period drama, even when hes messy, covered in blood, weak, in common clothing, he looks so fine....and TXW....thank heavens we dont get an actress acting and speaking like a child😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣... The balance she gives to her character is just perfect...though innocent, caring and sweet, not well read( girl like even I woukd have issues remembering those chinese characters😅)...shes fierce, a good fighter and so protective...and shes so beautiful😭😭😭😭

I love the plot and storyline so much...feels very engaging to the point I want the other episodes immediately...its not like other recent dramas where I dropped them in 3-5 episodes😅....and can I emphasized on their chemistry!!!.. even with no clear intimate scene as yet (hopefully waiting😅)...I can feel and see how much they are pulled and focusing on each other...

If a men like this exist in real life....I also would vow to.." kill pigs to feed him"😅🤣🤣🤣🤣.....Omg I cant wait for the next episodes😭😭😭😭😭

And because of this allegations police are investigating....so soon enough we will know if all this is an non- issue or more underlying things may come to the surface...

Brands not dropping him yet is a good sign but anything can change within a min in C-ent...The police has stated they are looking into the allegations because allegedly proof of his gambling has been found...but Im hearing that if its just card games with friends where the stakes are low...its not really an issue...but its said that the stakes were high like about $1000 US dollars... so if that is true it would not be good for Xu Kai....so I guess industry insiders and fans are watching how this all unfolds..

Well yap..if brands start droping him immediately....then hes in deep shit...but sometimes they wait for more clear or verified news....and access the situation and depending on the level of how bad or not these accusations turn out to be...then they will decided if its worth keeping him on as embassador or not...Take into consideration Cai Xu Kun...his actions were on the morally wrong side, nothing criminal...and he did indeed got softban...no TV appearance, no promoting in mainland China....but he still kept his brands and career still intact...so its a wait and see process on Xu Kai end. If Xu Kai can prove all of these are baseless claims....he will be fine in the end....if not its not gonna turn out well.

Yap thats true..but even lies can ruin reputation worse if the legal aspect on Xu Kai's behalf doesnt move quickly...directors and producers may chose to stay clear of him and his upcoming projects may delay because of these things...so sometimes its not about what's true...its what people tends to believe esp..if it takes a time to clear ones name.

I love Xu Kai...my very first drama of him was The Legend....and personality wise hes pretty chill and down to earth...a very handsome man too....and Im hoping nothing said here is true against him....but at the sametime Im never gonna put myself to be 100% swearing for a someone..especially a man..an actor I dont personally know...many times we really have no idea who we stan are capable of hence why several has even gone to prison or cancelled...If Xu Kai and that girl had no association at all...she would not be so brazen to want to attack him like this...as shes using those association to hold it against him..and whether we like it or not these people may know things about him that we may not...so I hope all of this is just some baseless accusations and he can clear his name in no time....because Cent has this habbit of starting to softban even before anything is clear yet....I remembered how it happened to Song Zuer...until she was cleared of tax eviasion accusations...so I really hope none of this is true on.

Well unfortunately these are the girls Xu Kai and other C- actors tends to be messing with...While we see ugly and plastic..they see hot , slim , white and easy.... Do yall forgot who took down Kris Wu???..these girls are not to be messed with and it seems these actors arnt learning..because the thing is...their accusations doesnt have to be true...they just need the right backers and a possible political agenda to be enfored into the industry by using someone to make an example of and poof...another actor is gone...so Xu Kai really need to be careful who he messes with and what he does.

And who are you referring to as BL fans( as if thats all we are here??)So you think we only like the actors because they happens to be leads in BL adaptation that we know?? First of all they were the ones that accepted to be leads in these dramas..we didnt force it upon them ....we also support these dramas in hopes to be released oneday because it took alot of time and effort of all the actors, staff and entire production team...Yes we all know about the censors the the difficulties these dramas may have to air and if aired how it may affect them..hence we hope for a better fandom culture and also relax of the censors....do you see any of us bombarding them publicly and loudly about their unaired BL dramas??....no we go and support their past, currently and future airing projects....so dont just call us BL fans as if to put us in a box...no we are drama fans whom support the actors and fans whom read and also watches BL dramas.

Waking up to all this mess....ummm Xu Kai...he needs to come out and clarify this mess because Chinese netizens and the entertainment industry really doesnt wait for legal proceeding or care if whats exposed now is true or not....all of this is reputational damage that can cost him and anything thats attached to his name like his currently airing drama alot.

I went into this drama only for Chen feiyu...and honestly didnt have hope in the FL capabilities...Im familiar with her acting in...I am nobody ...but wasnt sure how she would handle this drama....and I gotta say she had convinced me so far...her character is so relatable....she got taken away from the modern corporate world and just going along with her new reality..seeing it as a vacation where she just wants to eat and sleep...lol...

I have watched few episodes already and I do agree with you insights directed towards the acting, production and directions....But what I wont agree with you on is your overall view towards this film and the audience who watches it. Its fictional..not to be taken seriously..its a drama for entertainment....not a biography of an important figure or a historical documentary....Yes its also literally made for and directed towards females audience and any other whom are in the BL fantasy space..its not ment to depict or represent real life situations concerning gay love...its a drama to feed ones fantasy..nothing to sit and dig deep and record a thesis about....you are just thinking too much..lol

What I can take from the BLs thats airing now....While they were filmed in China...they wernt registered or licensed for viewing in China...but were made for international broadcast...so China doesnt really have any hold on them...the actors are also not promoting the series together in China so thats another safe loophole...its only normal that the actors are getting recognition for the drama because the fans in China still has their own way of watching it internationally....again something the government cant really control😅.... So I just hope everything goes smoothly and things dont get too crazy...😅
