When you watch too much p*rn and it rots your brain
So glad it’s not, I‘m not the one watching others fornicate on screen and defending it like my life depends on it. That’s the sign of rottenness, not criticizing filth.
Hi, just commenting to thank you and the other user for standing your ground against perverts trying to bully…
I don’t watch other people fornicate on screen so I’mfar from going crazy. I understand why it hit a nerve though. But it’s never too late to change, save your soul.
Hi, just commenting to thank you and the other user for standing your ground against perverts trying to bully you into silence. They’re trying to hard to make it abnormal not wanting to see filth when seeking a good story. In this age, p*rn in all types of form has rotted their brain, that they not only register how it’s the NORMAL thing not wanting to see filth, but act superior as if they’re in any position to look down on anyone. Anyone in this age who has kept their mind from being dirtied and not succumbing to their pressure has won the real game. One way or another they’re all enablers of p*rn. Like, shove your ~artistic~ appreciation somewhere else. The one who has clean clothes vs the one who has clothes full of stains and filth, which one is better? Trying to link purity to sth babad is so pathetic, as if they know deep down it rots their soul so they gotta convince every opposing voice to join them too.
Okay so I m someone who is neutral about this kdrama situation thing I really want someone to explain me what…
Hi, glad you asked! I wish kdramas were more serious and would treat the audience seriously. Instead every kdrama, no matter how it starts (even with serious topics), tends to go comic relief mode and you realize there are things they will never let the characters do or say (not asking for NSFW content at all, for clarification.) I like imperfect characters, I‘m looking for dramas like The Interest of Love, One Spring Night, Time, that type of vibe. Don‘t get me wrong, they weren‘t perfect, but the setting makes me less insulted when watching it. (Also liked the female character in My Dearest, even though I dropped the second season cause I didn‘t like the route they took with the story. I really dislike self-insertish Cinderella characters).
I‘d like characters that are mature even if not perfect, not acting like cartoon characters, where you can predict everything cause you know the formula of the drama already. F.e. When a drama starts with characters having animosity for eachother, it should be real animosity, not based on childish things or misunderstanding, but a clash of real personalities or conflict of values.
Romance should be based on genuine interest on the personality of the character, not some circumstances, background music and plot convience, and they shouldnt act like kids when they start liking eachother (being unnecesarily impatient or annoyed cause they dont understand what they‘re feeling).
Characters should also be more based on reality? Dramas like King The Land or Business Proposal, where some super hot guy who is also CEO and perfect except he never had a gf and is never shown to actually work and for some reason gets swayed by some random girl, come on, you don‘t gotta make it this ridiculous. Dont get me wrong, Male CEO and Normal female girl could be intersting, IF the girl is interesting, and the interactions are interesting due to their personalities or what attracts them.
That‘s all I can think of at the top of my head.
PS: The girl here is actually better than most female leads I‘ve seen in terms of what I mentioned. But by episode 2 I already lost interest cause you already know everything that will happen. Scenes like the rain-„is your heart beating fast?“-scenes, or him having heared her conversations with her exbf infront of the story, give away the formula already.
yup, as expected, 10th Kdrama this year with yet another pure virgin MLand as expected the FL has been with other…
Hey there, I just made an account again just to comment. First of all, ROFL, I don‘t watch dramas anymore but sometimes check them out and the comments. Your comments at that other kdrama (I don‘t remember the name, sth with a guy that started saying the truth and entered a reality show or sth) were my highlights cause I thought FINALLY someone saying it! I couldn‘t quite describe what really annoyed me about modern kdramas, and I get you‘re supposed to have some sort of suspension of disbelief to be able to enjoy fiction but with modern kdramas, it feels too much, like you have to painfully ignore your intelligence to be able to sit through them. Romance stories might be unrealistic anyway, but you don‘t have to make it worse with insanely unbelieveable male characters. Also, most of the people commenting here , I‘m convinced are kids so keep that in mind. I would hope for comment sections to be diverse but on MDL it would be nonstop raving at literally everything (unless it was so bad everyone agreed about it). Especially dramas that have really popular stars, people go berserk on you when you critize them. The reactions to your comment are playing obtuse; if you like these stories for the reason being critized here, at least own it instead of trying to convince others they‘re just imaging things.
