They haven’t really dived into her story, but she’s probably feeling she has superpowers
uhm I don't think so, this is not that type of genre. If you're talking about the scenes hinting at her glare being followed by sth bad happening to someone else, I think that was more of a play/messing with audience
can anyone explain to me what eun-a meant when she said she feels like she could defeat them now that she saw their weakness? I felt it was off..she sees their weakness when they're witnesses to her humiliation? if she feels she can defeat them then why it is it said like it's a bad thing?
I did personally get it when she said how life was enjoyable when she was in love but afterwards she realized that everything is the same, all the bad things are the same. I felt that in my life; to me it wasn't love but whenever I would find things that I would absorb, could get obsessed about to the point life felt sth else but then after its effect took off the things I had ran away from where still there and I had to face them.
All in all I love the words in this shows, I loved that you are hooked and wanna know what each character says and it resonates with you, it feels interesting. It is rare these days to find media that pays that has genuine good dialogue, sentences. I remember even from My Liberation Notes I had so many gems (sayings of characters) saved on my phone.
The actor is handsome, but the actress has had too much plastic surgery, it's hard to look at her.
the replies to this are hilarious. people are incapable of handling reality. she does look weird especially if you have been used to her prior dramas, but saying a simple fact is like walking on eggshells now. ya'll need to get a life srsly.
Why are all 3 things Kim Da Mi started in this year flops in terms of her character or the story? like bruuuhhhh she was such a promising newcomer, winning several awards. Go Min Si and her had their big roles in the Witch and for some years Kim Da Mi outshined her but Go Min Si caught up and got good roles and delivered diverse and great performances wheres I can't even tell what went wrong with her? The roles she played in Nine Puzzles and 100 hundred memories did not suit her at all and felt weird
I can't get over how freaking weird the ML behaved in the scene where they meet at the grocery store and then follows her. First of all, when they're going home and she realises he is behind her, she starts running and the dude starts running too! Like??? Instead of just continuing normal space and going to his place, he tries to catch up with her. Then she confronts him asking why is he following her and he's like "I live here too, sorry I should have probably taken a different route" no you could have just walked normally and not like a creep?? Then he starts walking alongside her and you can tell she is distraught and creeped out. Then they reach their house and he's like "you live here? " like he doesn't know?? then he pretends to live in her house and smiles like a creep??? "haha sorry I don't live here" bruh NUTJOB. sorry I liked this shows far but I can't stop thinking how weird that interaction was lol
Maybe it’s just me but i found dohyuns infatuation with jungyeong a bit creepy. Wym he keeps tabs on when she…
yes and their first encounter, I don't get why he was acting like a creep going up next to her and pretending he lives there, like did I miss sth? was there any explanation to it
I really liked this! Finally a serious story where characters act real and messy. I also like random unexpected romances like bruh who would have thought the guy from the grocery story acting weird was the real love interest.
Did anyone else find the reveal with him having been present at her date familiar? My lovely SamSoon has a similar scene between the leads, where you see later that the guy had been hearing her conversation while he was also on a blinddate.
But how did they know to check the camera during a murder? Is the police keep sight on pet cameras or what. The level of precision in that operation was planned and they must have known before or sth
Does anyone know how the police caught Mo Eun in the act? How come they knew to be at the crime scene while it happened? All I remember is some camera in some kinda toy-ish thing and then I remember seeing it at the end when the guy‘s murder was recorded too so here I am thinking this was all and ad for whatever it is lol
I had no idea what was gonna happen until the end, I'll give it that! And the reveal was also good. I found it weird though why Mo Eun started protecting and even dying for Yun Su though when she had been willing to void their deal just before. In fact, she should have been angry at her for wanting to keep protecting the "kid" (I don't care he died, it was deserved and his assistant friend should have died as well)
i had to rewrite my statement. contrary to what you are saying. its pretty realistic to be stuck on something..…
Did you really just try to claim I can't enjoy these stories cause I'm idolizing romance and these stories actually align more with reality? LOL. Everything I said was the truth, Your attempts at trying to understand my "psyche" are so off the road (literally no man ever hurt me romantically, where did that come from ROFL). Can you find me studies of hot successful men waiting over a decade for a girl while said girl has other relations and he waits for her being celibate? This is the goalpost so don't move it. There exists literally 0 men like that. ZERO. And men stay celibate UNWILLINGLY, you hear that, cause they can't get women, so are you saying our male leads played by good looking actors are actually supposed to represent real life males and this is in reality their self-insert story? Then you bring stats that prove that most people do move on, which was literally my point. " I try not to project my own romantic ideals onto the story because it’s the writer’s expression, not a real-life script." This statements makes no sense, who is looking for a real life script? The script is literally the writers (women) projecting their romantic unrealistic ideals on them so what makes you think they won't be scrutinized for it? Whether or not you enjoy sth does in fact depend on your views and likes, unless you're someone who just passively consumes without any taste or care just for the sake of it. I consume things that I find intellectually or emotionally stimulating, out of touch stories do not do it for me.
These plot works bcz it never happens irl simple ..no need to apply so much logic these dramas are written for…
This comes off as "Don't expect logic here, this is for women". Common sense logic is required for the story to be immersive, otherwise the ridiculousness of it gets you out of the story immidiately. Also women are not a monolith? Many many women do not like these tropes, so what? I am woman and it's not meant for me, nor my friends who also dislike them, so if this is supposed to cater to women, we got some complaints.
