Judgement will happen for humanity, it is humans who will stand on a day when the sun will be brought forth and it's humans that will be waiting 50000 years just in fear waiting for it to start. God will not be judged, He will judge and He has already judged in this life as well, He told us what He hates and what He loves. God has decreed punishment for certain sins in this life.

Who denied what God can do? He can do whatever He wants and He does not take commands nor demands from us. You don't impose any duty on God, who are you even? He will take revenge and punish on that Day, hence people are being tested in this life.
