Lol, I was also confused at first too. Especially that opening scene of the family photoshoot. That was so confusing XD. I guess that scene was just to show the complicated relationships between them.

I agree with you, it was slightly uncomfortable at first that there was a romance line forming between Woo Seung and Hyun Jae, because Ji Hoon had also liked Woo Seung. But I didn't mind it much because I found myself shipping Ji Hoon with Do Hye Ri. I really liked Do Hye Ri despite her not having that many appearances. She was cute. Straightforward and knew what she wanted. I was also a bit disappointed that that storyline didn't go anywhere too.
i actually lose interest in the drama when I watch it while its currently airing. Most dramas that i dont finish are the ones that i watched when it was currently airing. To name a few popular ones: Goblin, weightlifting fairy, legend of the blue sea. The biggest reason i like marathoning is because the build up tension between each episode is maintained. I tend to forget what happens in the last episode when watching currently airing dramas. So that just dissipates all the feels in the drama because i'll just end up spending half an episode trying to figure out what happened last.
Question: So in the end, tomoda is seen holding onto his medical examination results which says he has a rare disease. Was that the results of the second examination or the first examination? In the end, does he have the disease?
