I had high expectations for the one, but i am saying different actresses rumored for it so she is probably out of the question for this one. Her next role will probably be a 2nd lead/cameo again.

How is it doing in China?

Cause she got massive hate during her early days for her acting. She took a long break and now is slowly coming back but it’s not easy to take main roles and i think she prefers for now cameo/support roles in big productions instead of main ones in small projects.

I a, happy she is resting now but also looking at other actresses having so many projects i feel worried for her . Like even wu xuan yi started filming main lead roles now, cheng xiao is still stuck in support/cameo .
Plus they are no drama rumors currently , the only one is the one which is not starting any time soon and with all the rumors actresses and their backings xiao getting that role is 0%

Is it a good novel?

Honestly i have low expectations for this one. She finished filming it so fast for a supposed main cast.

Seeing that yu shuxin contract with her company huace ended in December 2024 but was only officially free in August 2025 , if Reba contract with jaywalk ends this year as rumors she won’t be free till next year 😭

I love that her cheeks are finally returning . She looks so good and even 10 years younger. I hope she never takes a role like in the blue whisper where they require her to loose so much weight, it took so much time for her to gain it back.

Finally free from her messed up agency. Please don’t sign with another one. Just make your own studio . I hope now she can finally get the roles she wants and do everything she wants without anyone stopping her.
