Now Jeremy was a great character. I wouldn't mind a spin-off with him.
If you check the actors page for the guy who plays Jeremy (Lee Hong Ki) and Go Mi Nyu (Park Shin Hye) it says that they both have a guest role in the drama My Girlfriend is a Gumiho as their role in You're Beautiful, Jeremy and Go Mi Nyu, I just finished You're Beautiful so I'm gonna watch My Girlfriend is a Gumiho immediately so I can see Jeremy and Go Mi Nyu again even if it's probably for just a very little time I'll get to see them, but it says they have a guest role in different episodes Go Mi Nyu in episode 6 and Jeremy in episode 16 :/
