Who do you guys want to be a couple. Yeondu and Hyonho or Yeondu and Yesuk ?
Neither xD
On Best Mistake Season 3 Feb 6, 2022
Skipped episodes 8-11 and went to 12 because I know the ounce of what happens anyway without needing to watch it. I just think Yeondu needs a break from dating people instead of the writers making her pair up again with Hyunho or go with Yesuk. She just needs to focus on learning how to take care of herself

heyyy could u tell me what happened with her in the last season, i watched it but i dont remember:(((
from what I remember, I believe Ahra was the ex of that guy who had a creepy crush on Yeondu - or shall I say her bully - and to try and win him back, she tried to ruin Yeondu's life and slowly turn Yeondu's friends against her as she thought that was what the guy wished for, but really he moved on from it

Generally speaking, she was just a bad person from the beginning

So, Ahra is suddenly a nice person, shrugging off all of the bullying she did in Season 2. Forgiveness in Kdramas…
A part of me was questioning the same thing as well and justifying it. I mean eventually, people should be forgiven because they possibly could have changed, but to hook Ahra up with Jiseong after what happened and saying she likes him was a bit out of the blue and weird as to how she ended up liking him

Is it possible to watch this without watching seasons 1 and 2? Or is it best to see those first?
I think it is good to watch season 1 to see the foundation of what this drama is all about and see how Hyunho and Yeondu ended up together
Also it would be helpful to understand the ongoing problems that Ryu Seol is facing with the other guy

You can watch season 1, but season 2 you don't need to watch all of it. I think the most important thing from season 2 is Ryu Seol and the other guy
On Best Mistake Season 3 Jan 1, 2022
As much I hate to see a repeat of what happened to the couple in the previous season, seems to me there is a lot more that was going on between the two
But seriously, why make another love triangle out of I?. They should really focus on how the couple themselves deal with the situation and learn and grow from it

Thank you for such a great and detailed review, without giving out any spoilers. I liked Season 1 but not as much…
Aw thank you for the lovely comment, I’m glad my review made a positive impact on you. Definitely! I hope you enjoy this season and enjoy it with ease that you don’t have to wait a week for a new ep, haha.

Title Imitation Spoiler
I need some clarity about this show as there are some things that have been left off as quite ambiguous and hard to really pin-point a solid conclusion. So here is my take on it, please correct me if there are points that I have made that are incorrect

1) Ryok didn't hate the fact that Ma-ha was specifically copying La Ri Ma, but her just copying others in general. Ryok came to understand that Ma-ha wanted to join their dance group to find and utilise her talent as a dancer. When he first saw her copying his dance, he was amused, but now seeing her try to rise to the top in the industry, he grows tired of it. As an older brother/senior he wanted to look out for her and tell her to be her own being and find her own sparkle.

2) The reason why Ma ha became an idol isn't clear to me unless I missed something entirely. She wanted to move to Seoul, but I missed that part.

3) YuJin wanted to become an idol out of the coincidence of following Ma-ha to the company that housed all the trainees and dreaming of performing on the same stage with her when they debut. It seems like he liked her before becoming friends with her, for reasons we do not know.

I think it is implied already his father loves his family but he has anger issues which is yes very unacceptable…
That's a good way of putting it. Thank you

Interesting. Thank you for the information

Ah yeah, that's true. Didn't think of that

I had a reoccurring thought during my time watching this. Not talking about this drama specifically, but all other uni-related k-dramas. But do any of you think that university life is glorified a little in these dramas? The showing of close professor and student relationships, festivals, trips, etc. I get they try to make it more glamorous than what it appears to be to keep the audience engaged, but idk that's just a thought I had

May I ask how Soo Hyun ended up having feelings for Yeo Jun Wan? It's quite interesting to hear. I thought it…
I see, thank you

This is down to preference of character writing. Very few people really “ hate” Mi Joo, but rather the direction…
I believe so. I don't remember the reason why they broke up though

People do fall in love not always at the "right time", so I do not think it is problem that YJ or SH those. I…
To me, I see their romance as a "grow together" kind of thing. You deal with some hurdles in the relationship, you talk it out and learn from it and grow together. I like what you said there about the two. I think that YJ gets healing through SB and SH so it is not entirely down to the relationship alone that helped YJ. SH was the one that first told him to be more open about his feelings and then SB was the one to help him to trust others and open his heart. This is why the chemistry behind the 3 is remarkable

Kdramas dosent have to be all about romance all the time, sometimes the romance ruins the story line. Like can’t…
At first I did agree with this point, that there wasn't much nurturing going on between the two and Yeo Jun seemed a lot more open to Soo Hyun than So Bin, but I looked back at the previous events that unfolded and realised that she is a big part of his healing. Her presence and authenticity towards him with their friendship was enough for him to want to keep living. You will not always have an answer to everything, but just giving your time is enough for them to keep going.

Just because you have your own problems, that shouldn't restrict you from falling in love. Yes I get the point that Yeo Jun needs time to heal on his own, but he also needs someone that sticks by him and accepts him for who he is, not the rich and popular freshman from Myungi University. As the drama emphasises, we all need a shoulder to lean on, which is what Yeo Jun is doing.

Since they derailed so much of this show focusing on syrupy romance, the only ending I would be 100% happy with…
May I ask how Soo Hyun ended up having feelings for Yeo Jun Wan? It's quite interesting to hear. I thought it would be Yeo Jun, but the brother is a surprise
