and you just reminded me to rewatch this, lol it's been 4 years and I still didn't get to it ;)
it's not like I want them to film in the most expensive locations with fancy cgi, but idk maybe cameras are expensive for them? or they like to keep the "original feel" and never try something new because they worry people won't like the change? or they just don't know how..
like I personally think japanese traditional clothes and make up are the prettiest, so historicals should be beautiful but they look washed out
and even kdramas aren't always as pretty as mr sunshine, but it's nice if they were ;p
someone did recommend that to me before, and I see it's the fl from the phsyco drama, now I have more reason to watch it
again I like light, dark, slow, fast, I have a big range ;p
though talking about Uncanny, my problem was that it tried to be all of those things, it was too light, too dark, too fast and too slow xD
indeed I hate long eps even if it was Mr Sunshine level, I just wanted to try a j historical with a little more aesthetics and the poster looked cool for this
I have a nice wide range of taste, and how could I resist a Ryan Gold❣ (for a romcom it was the only time a romcom did it right and I'm not ashamed of my rating)~
and once it got out of hand (ie she was discovered) she again blamed the guys for "using" her becasue that'd make it easier for her to leave them too.
but I'm glad she didn't switch to her friend right away, both needed a little time and she needed to accept her feelings for him and take a risk ;)
well I really loved the 1st one, it's like the writing of a webdrama with a drama special's quality.
the relationships and the emotions were really realistic, and it really captured my attention well
