both have the same concept, the main is stuck in the human world until they meet a set number of comforted humans so they could resolve their issues

both seem to be about the same thing, how to prepare for reaching 30. and both are slice of life genres

they both had that "Bear Hug" theme, ie a foreign company tries to acquire multiple companies after ruining their stock business talk stuff

both talk about "extraordinary" creatures, and both deal with nose bleeds/headaches and how they're related to those unknown "enemy" though unlike the waterfall blood in sweet home, circle only had drips
both kinda talk about the work environment from a newbies pov. in both they go through alot of tension and struggles trying to understand the dynamics of a not so perfect and suffocating block that one can't easily fit into
both had that unexpected familyhoodness. basically both start with people who share nothing and also have nothing but they just click as if they're each other's missing piece uwu

I just get the same vibes from both, the human emotions, the struggle, the tension, the connections between the characters and so forth, kinda even the fls backstories are similar

I'm connecting it to the story in general. there was a scene in Honey and Clover where the male lead leaves everything behind and gets on his bike with no destination, and in Nagi no Oitoma the female lead also does that. both also had that same drive, they wanted to get away from their lives and start fresh even for a little while

I'm recommending the korean vr becasue that's all I saw. but both are about a female character who leaves her life behind and take a break to heal their souls.

both deal with serious postpartum issues and the burdensome expectation the society has s on mothers

both Birthcare Center and Spring Turns to Spring are female centered, both have Uhm Ji Won and both are hilarious

the comedy sense is kinda similar between Birthcare Center and Pegasus Market though, Birthcare Center is slightly less crazy xD
