His character is really complicated but Eliot really did a good job. For me, three of them are good, Ocean is the only one I find that is kind of lacking but understandable since this is his first acting job, he really looks like he can act, just need more training.
Nong Jian's budget for this series isn't budgeting. Please give my XingQiu a separate series with a good director, editing team and a good storyline. They did so well despite the messy phasing of this series.
Their magazine sales and Qiuqiu's endorsement did so well, so please, put that budget in a better quality series and let professionals do the production if you guys aren't good in handling.
For people who's belittling Eliot's acting, maybe you skipped their part. But, I just wanted you guys to know that Eliot carried out different emotions throughout the series. A pitiful omega, an intimidating enigma and a loving boyfriend/husband to Shao You. Eliot perfectly portrait Hua Yong's character.

I, as a main CP fan is also disappointed with 2nd cp's ending but please please, rant without attacking HuaSheng. Your feelings are valid but do not attack the main CP (so far I haven't seen anything but I hope no one will really attack the main CP again).

Then when we defend them suddenly we are the 'bad guys'. We won't speak out if they did not throw shades to the main CP. But I've been holding for so long because every episode, they will shade Xingqiu, while praising their favorite 2nd cp.
