First off, the stylists on this show really deserve their flower’s because they were working overtime here. They delivered. Gorgeous outfits. Growing up, I loved online dress up games and whenever her outfits changed it would remind me of that. I really loved all the cameos. It was super fun to see all the familiar faces pop up.

In the beginning, I was not attached to the male leads character. He didn’t have much of a personality but towards the middle-last episodes he started to change, which was pleasant to see. I felt like because there were so many characters & storylines it was hard for them to build the character background & depth. I actually love that the main leads were NOT childhood sweethearts and that it was mature romance. Was it perfect? no. Was it entertaining? absolutely. I actually enjoyed the last episodes. They were pretty solid. Jisoos acting is not bad. At times, I saw that it was hard for her to convey a certain emotion but her acting really doesn’t warrant this much hate considering how there’s much worse. I think the hate she got was because of Newtopia? But I didn’t watch that.

Anyways, 8/10 the ending saved the show. VR was fun in the beginning but I cared more about reality. I think because there were so many side characters and cameos trying to be pushed into a 10 episode show they really sacrificed depth here, but it’s still a fun watch. Maybe it’s an unpopular opinion but I didn’t care for Mi-Rae’s friend, the second female leads character. She wasn’t a bad friend to her I just didn’t care for her.

**P.S. I kept thinking how crazy it would’ve been if Mi-rae jumped into the game and into the world for snowdrop to meet Jung Haein as a character there. That would’ve been fun sorta crossover/worlds colliding moment but I know it’s a stretch considering the different platforms, so I’ll take what I can get**

This show is so boring

I loved some of the shows Kians worked on but personally this one doesn’t hit as much. It was meh.

Perfect castings. Ahn Eun Jin and Dex have such a fun sibling dynamic. I loved how we saw close they became since the shoots were over the course of a few months. They all seemed to really care for one another. I thought it was weird how they kept trying to pair Dex with Go Minsi towards the end. There wasn’t a need for that. Ahn Eun Jin is literally variety show good. I wish she did more since it suits her so well

I think my favorite was the trip to Rwanda. It was so entertaining to watch. I wish the they were able to stay in the countries for a week instead of three days. i’m really surprised they didn’t pick the show back up for second season. Kinda disappointed.

Idc what anyone else says I loved male #7 & male #4. I saw a few commenters calling #7 a few names but I admired his loyalty. He was sweet. Number #4 and his partner are my top fav couple. They’re both incredibly good looking and kind natured people. I loveeeed the girl and how she’s able to easily recognize a good man when she sees one. She held on and didn’t bother looking at anyone else because she knows someone like him is hard to find

Sin Da you were a lot. At first I didn’t care for you because you acted like an obvious gold digger but I slowly saw other sides of you that made me want to look closer. She puts up a strong front. She acts tough but she’s actually really sensitive and tries hiding those vulnerabilities to not get hurt. When I saw her soften up around the one guy I thought she was kinda cute but then she started playing the field. That’s when things turned sour. She was sneaking around but pretended to be the innocent when the male wanted to leave her. She played the victim until the end. She started acting out and it all felt too dramatic. She’s honestly a lottttttt to handle and I think she’d be more suitable with an American or some other foreigner. Her personality/vibe doesn’t seem suitable for most Korean men to handle

All we were shown is Male #11 acting out. I feel like when we finally saw him come to the realization the girl he’s with is actually a saint the show ended. I hope the light switch that went off on his head means he won’t be treating her like dog sh*t from now on. I hope her journalist brother stays on him too.

Male #3 dodged a bullet. I hated Jin Ju. At least Sin Da was outwardly bad and didn’t try to hide it but Jin Ju felt hid behind her smile and tried acting strategic. She was extremely fakeee. “My friends are so jealous they were asking me for dermatology discounts,” “can you make me look like Jan Won Young…” like ??? Ugh

So there are some couples that didn’t get screen time and s2 does show a lot of people in the single zone rather than showing us the built connections between those in couple zones. I thoroughly enjoyed the storylines in S2 though. They were really good imo but I do wish the show was longer so we’re able to see more of the connections between couples
