Editorials TayNew knocked it out of the park
I was ready to write this couple off after not being able to finish their remake of Cherry Magic, but I'm glad to have been proven wrong! There was something about this show – where the flirting was spicy, the scenes were snappy, the humor was sharp, and the plot stayed clear – that made it a delight to watch. TayNew were excellent in this, seamlessly adapting to their roles and working so well together. Another thing they go right in this one is establishing some kind of connection to the secondary characters. Plus Jojo often does a good job in the screenwriting department and was clearly given free reign and budget here! Honestly the only bummer in this show was Ryu's acting, please someone give him the gift of good acting classes (it was as if Mond had to carry that entire relationship arc by himself).
