Who the heck cares if he smoked some weed, its legal/decriminalized in most countries in the world. I understand laws are laws and they are behind in korea, but wtf is wrong with their toxic disgusting cancel culture. I cant stop crying. I just rewatched Pasta the other day... please tell me that this is a bad joke. I cant believe it... FUCK
You can’t improve now without looking back at history. Also art should not be censored and can include any form…
Anyway most countries with power did war crimes, usa, russia, china, germany, japan, korea etc. And among those Japan is without a doubt the country that got punished the hardest, harder than Germany.
Is it weird I dont read this show as anti Japanese? Im sorry for anyone who feels hurt by this. I just appreciate…
Its not swept under the rug, its one of the most well known war crimes and Japan got punished for it. Again study as you seem to have very little knowledge, read about tokyo trial etc. In comparision to the slaughter in vietnam, for example, that the korean goverment hides and doesnt even admit. And of course doesnt teach in korean schools, they only learn that the korean soldiers were heroes. Also if you are talking about facts too bad the creators made a big mistake since Unit 731 was in Manchuria, China, and not Korea.

Yeah comments such as "what they did is unforgivable and I want to keep terrorizing them forever" or "you know who the real monster is" talking in metaphors. I personally don't think spreading hate towards eachother is the perfect solution going forward. What happened during war was horrible, no one can deny that. But all those people are dead now and Japan has admitted it and apologized numerous times officially, keeps sending astronomical amounts of money every year to them. Japan also got punished severly during the Tokyo Trial. If you don't know well maybe you should study. Too bad the korean government wont admit their war crimes in Vietnam for example, even though its well documented. Well, as both young people in both countries like eachother and eachothers cultures the problems will get better as the old grumpy men die off.
Cancel culture is not going to work on things that actually happened in history. Artists are not required to erase…
Yeah sure, and again they should really make a drama or movie about the mass rape and slaughter in Vietnam carried out by korean soldiers. They don't teach about that all in Korean schools btw and the korean government hides it even though it's well documented. I'm korean/japanese if you wonder.
How is a fact what happened in history a political statement ? And since when is art form not a critique on culture…
I only said don't use entertainment for politics. Japan vs korea today is just politics. The big majority couldn't care less what happened before they were born. Focus on now and improve what we have now, japanese are obsessed with everything korean and koreans travel to Japan all the time.

Both ml and fl are super popular in Japan and do quite alot work there, modelling and "fan meeting concerts" for example. I wonder what they think to accept an anti Japan script. And I know what Japan did during war and don't come and say that it shouldn't be forgotten, I personally just think you shouldn't use entertainment for political statements. I wonder how the Koreans would react if someone made a drama about how the korean soldiers slaughtered and raped in Vietnam...
Well well, very disappointing drama and poorly written. Also the worst japanese I've ever heard in a Korean production, as someone who speaks Korean and Japanese, I had to turn on subtitles for the japanese parts. Cringe af.
