Phew! At least it didn't end with a ridiculous massacre like JTL. The deliberate betrayal by Empeor SYZ that caused the death of General Tang was unforgiveable! His actual plot was to wiped out the whole loyal Zhen Bei Army!! (Except Amai) And the deal was not even made with the Beimo Emperor but only General Chenqi. Its only an excuse to appease his jealousy & control over Amai. Amai's character is consistent and the ending is acceptable that she ignored SYZ even after 3 years. U go girl! SYZ is totally unreliable & cruel. And a loveline w CYQ is impossible cos marrying the "enemy" is deemed as a betrayal to her fellow countrymen. Sigh! Anyway... OMG the scene where CYQ proposed with his battalion at the city gate was swoon worthy! Woah a hot righteous duke in a white shining armour. (I was drooling) I would have drop all the darn responsibilities, pretend to have amnesia, change my allegiance and fly into his arms!! Lol!
